"Woah, look at this place." Bad gaped, looking around eagerly."It probably looks better at night." Skeppy commented, but looked around just as eagerly.
"We are not wandering around here at night!" Bad exclaimed, shaking his head.
"Come on, let's go over there, that place looks cool!" Skeppy called, immediately dashing into a place.
"'Skeppy! Don't run off!" Bad yelled. "Ugh, Sap, come on!" Bad said, dashing after Skeppy.
Sapnap chuckled softly, noticing just what kind of building bad was chasing him into.
Las Nevadas, the casino named after the city. It was a bit confusing at times, but since the casino was the main staple of the entire place, he can get over it.
He hummed, he had some money to blow, why not?
Sapnap wandered in, it wasn't very crowded. It was around noon, so it wasn't entirely unexpected.
He already lost sight of his runaway drivers. He'd just stay near the entrance and watch for them, he guesses, maybe play a machine or two.
He sat down at the bar, pulling out his phone and going on some random social media.
"Hello there!" A voice startled him, Sapnap turned to see a strange looking hybrid, he clutched his chest a bit.
"Jesus Christ man, you startled me." Sapnap huffed amused.
"Oh, I'm terribly sorry, fellow human! My name is Slime, but Quackity calls me Charlie!" Charlie exclaimed.
Sapnap raised an eyebrow, and looked the man up and down. He was a little skeptical about the human part. He had a green tint to his skin, and his body…shook? Like it was forcing itself to stay together.
This dude was clearly anything but human, but Sapnap would play along. What did he have to lose?
"Sure, and thanks. Do you work here?" Sapnap asked.
"Yep! The boss is a good friend of mine and I was new in town! We're usually not that busy this early in the evening, are you gonna play anything? Order a drink?" Charlie bombarded, Sapnap chuckled awkwardly.
"I'm here with some other people, one of them chased the other in here. We're visiting from L'manberg." Sapnap explained.
"Ohhhh, I get it! Still, do you want a drink? I can make virgin drinks as well if you're not up for alcohol!" Charlie offered with a large smile. "Quackity says that it was good to learn because some humans can't drink, Like children!"
"Never heard of a casino that sells virgin drinks for the sake of children." Sapnap snorted.
"I was the one who suggested it! We get a lot of teenagers in here claiming to be adults. We don't exactly check the ages for the machines, but drinks we ID, and if we see ones clearly fake we'll give them a virgin version instead." Charlie explained, bouncing a bit behind the counter.
Sapnap burrowed his brows in confusion. "That's…A bit illegal, isn't it? Why don't you just kick the kids out?"
"Eh, they give us money, and we don't ID at the door, only for drinks." Charlie waved his hand around.
"How many angry parents have come storming in?" Sapnap asked with a slightly amused look.
"A lot! But the boss usually just shuts them up. Either by yelling at them to parent their kids better, or he gives them a few drinks and uses his words so they're not angry anymore! He's very good with his words.'' Charlie rambled.
"Talking about me with customers, are we? Nothing bad I hope." A different voice teased, along with the clicking of boots on the polished marble floor.
Sapnap glanced over to look at the voice, his eyes blinking in surprise.
