Chapter 40✨

Mallika pov continues
Sumedh- please don't take this away from me, mallika please.
The pain in his voice ripples through me, and when I look at him with teary eyes, he presses his lips desperately to mine and then pulls back.
Sumedh- please mallika. I love you
His lips briefly meet mine again. When I don't push him away, his mouth comes back a third time.
He wraps his arms around me and pulls me to him. My body is tired and weak, but it remembers him.
Sumedh- I love you
He whispers against my mouth. His tongue sweeps softly against mine and it's so wrong and so good and so painful.
But suddenly I remember how he killed Suchit in front of eyes, and how cruelly he killed all the girls and Aadya. And he hurt me too. His mouth stops moving against mine when he feels me freeze.
He left me and saw into my eyes. Our eyes, locked together, speak more than our mouths ever have. My eyes are telling him that I can no longer stay with him. His eyes are telling mine that he already knows.
He begins to nod, slowly. He takes a step back away from me.
He walks out of our bedroom and I press my face into the pillow. I thought if I could just hurt him like he had hurt me, I would feel avenged.
And He left.
I don't know what I will tell Aadya. I don't know what I will tell this baby when he/she asks about his father. I don't know how my life will go from today Without him. We can be a happy family. But it is not possible one day he can kill me also.
Thinking all about this I don't know when I fell asleep.
Pov ended
Sumedh went from there into the elevator there was a mirror in the elevator. With full anger and pain he punches 👊 the mirror. The mirror got fully cracked and broken into pieces. Sumedh's hand started bleeding very badly. But the pain is nothing in front of the pain he is feeling inside.
Sumedh- why?? Why I always loose the person whom I loved the most in the world. No, no, Sumedh now mallika is pregnant. She has my...my baby inside her. she is alone somebody needs to take a good care of her. She has become now very weak. Yes, she needs someone who can take good care of her. Yes, I have to do something.
He went outside the elevator. And calls........................ TBC...................................
