Chapter 6 : City Of Ghosts

Saturday runs behind the little boy leading him towards the castle. The boy who has just been saved by Saturday, shows nothing but fear for him. This makes Saturday wonder if the boy is leading him to the castle out of love for his fellow pawns being held as slaves, or out of fear.
"They're inside sir" says the little boy, "but I don't think you alone can infiltrate the castle, it is heavily guarded"
"Don't worry boy" Saturday assures the little boy, "I'm not planning on infiltrating, I'm walking through the front door, you just wait here"
Saturday walks towards the castle gate, pouring out nothing but malice through out the whole castle.
"Holt" says one of the guards standing at the gate.
"I'm guessing all the guards and officers in this kingdom are of noble or royal blood right?" Asks Saturday.
"And who is asking?" Asks the second guard.
Saturday walks past the two guards without them realizing it. He activates a spell behind them. "Man eater" He activates a tree type spell that conjures two man eating plants that appear from underneath the guards and devours them.
"Vanish" he casts another spell that makes the castle gate vanish.
The royal guards positioned inside the castle see everything that happens and begin alerting all the other guards in the castle. An approximate of 200 royal guards swam out and surround Saturday.
"What do we have here?" Says Saturday "what a warm welcome" Saturday says with a smile on his face.
"Take him out" screams one of the guards. "Yaaaaaaaa!" The guards let out a battle cry.
"Fire works!!"
Saturday uses his pawn abilities to shoot an arrow into the sky, which then explodes into hundreds of arrows and rains down on the royal guards.
"Hmm?" Saturday says looking surprised "did I miss one?"
One of the royal guards crawl into the castle and sounds the castle alarm. The alarm puts the castle on full lock down, activating a magical Vail over the castle.
"You're a dead man naaugh" says the royal guard as he coughs up blood, "the iron squad will send you to hell".
"Hahaha, hahaha" Saturday laughs out loudly, "did you do this to lock me in here with them?, you fool, they are locked in here with me"
Saturday walks towards the royal guard, conjures a spear and runs it through his chest.
He walks through a hallway in the castle before finding a stair case that leads him to the throne room.
"Time to cut the head of the snake...., I guess" says Saturday jokingly.
He uses vanish again on the doors to the throne room only to find the king and queen of the kingdom sitting comfortably in their thrones.
"What is this?" Saturday asks
He walks in only for a sealing spell to be activated in the room.
"Now you have nowhere to run" says the king as the iron squad appears in the room.
The iron squad consists of only for members, the most powerful warriors in the kingdom, a knight, a rook, a bishop and a king; the prince of the kingdom was the leader of the iron squad.
"Is that all?" Asks Saturday in confusion, "are these lot the iron squad?"
"Yes they are" says the queen, "they are lead by my son, the strongest warrior in the kingdom"
"Ayyyy?" Exclaims Saturday, "in that case, let's have some fun" Saturday says with an evil smile on his face.
The prince conjures a spear and dashes towards Saturday, who runs towards them with a sword, he holds the princes spear and tries to cut down the prince with his sword, but is blocked by the knight who then kicks him back.
"Now!" Screams the prince
The rook begins firing flame bullets at Saturday, but Saturday casts a shield spell that blocks all the bullets. He takes the shield down only to find the knight already in front of him and tries to move back as fast as he could.
"Hold him down" says the knight to the bishop.
"Divine chains" casts the bishop.
Saturdays hands are captured by chains that pop out from the ground. He tries conjuring a weapon but it doesn't work.
"Those chains prevent the use of abilities" says the bishop
Saturdays head is almost sliced off by the knight when he breaks the chains on his left hand with nothing but brute strength and blocks the knights blade.
The force from the attack rips the covering on Saturdays left hand, revealing his scar(the hand he lost and replaced with energy shaped like a hand). He then proceeds to break the second chain and punches the knight so hard that he sends him flying across the room.
"Now you've done it" says Saturday angrily.
Saturday thinks to himself, "the rook and bishop will be a problem". He dashes towards the bishop but notices the Prince trying to intercept him.
"Don't forget me" says the prince, "heavy spear" the prince changes his spear to a different one, "strong thrust!"
The prince tries to pierce through Saturday with force and power
"Don't get in my way" says Saturday irritatingly
He uses the condensed energy of his left hand to break the princes spear and kicks him to the ceiling. He proceeds to attack the bishop but at the same time, avoiding bullets from the rook.
"Don't think you can pick me off easily" says the bishop, "fire flies!"
The bishops activates a light type spell that sends laser beams to Saturday.
"Tchh! Heavy walls!" Says Saturday.
Saturday casts a shield spell that conjures a round metal wall around himself. He receives heavy attacks from the rook and bishop.
"This can't go on for long, the others will soon recover" Saturday thinks to himself, "time to end this"
Saturday turns his left hand giant and extends it towards the rook, smashing him into a wall. He then turns it into a giant sword and tries to pierce it through the bishop who then casts a shielding spell.
"This won't holddd" says the bishop
"Dieeeeeee!!" Says Saturday
The power in Saturdays left hand shatters the bishops shield and tears through the bishop.
"You're next rooky boy" says Saturday
As the rook stands up, Saturday approaches him. They both engage in an all out gun fight, trying as hard as possible to put bullets into each other, but from the look of things, the rook had a higher chance of winning.
"I guess you are a better guns man than me" says Saturday, "in that case, I don't have to keep doing this"
"What?" Says the rook.
"I'm saying its over rooky" says Saturday with an evil smile on his face, "binding vines!"
Saturday casts a tree type spell that conjures vines that binds the rook to the wall and then he empties a whole gun in his body.
"Nooo!" Says the prince as he and the knight stand up, "we attack at once" he says to the knight.
They both dash at Saturday from opposite sides but Saturday conjures hundreds of spears behind them both and pours it on them.
"Now for the main course" says Saturday as he stares straight at the king and queen.
They both stand up from their throne and take their fighting stance. Saturday thinks to himself "what do they think this is?" He casts a tree type spell from behind them "root thrust!" Which conjures two spike like roots that pierce through the King and queen.
"I didn't come here to play games, I came to end you"
He casts a search spell to find the pawns who were held captive. He locates them and takes them to meet the little boy he left outside. He casts the transportation spell that sends all the pawns away from the city of iron.
He then proceeds to find Dani, and afterwards, He uses Soul Gate to kill every single thing that lived in the city.
"Oouu!! Saturday you know what you just did? " asks Dani
"And what would that be Dani?"
"You just turned the city of iron to the city of ghosts"
"They had it coming" says Saturday.
