1. Create a 4x6 grid with random words in it - try to diversify e.g. adjectives, nouns, adverbs, verbs etc. 2. Roll 2 dice (4 sided and 6 sided) and whatever they land on is your word 3. Use this word in a sentence or paragraph (you can use different forms of it e.g. organise -> organised 4.
