Authors Note:

Being that its spooky season and Halloween is on Tuesday, I thought that I would write a little Halloween cuteness. Might get a little steamy but no detailed smut this time.

For some reason I can't get the idea of Sam in fishnets out of my mind so I had to incorperate them..

Enjoy and don't be afraid to leave a comment and suggestion! This is the first idea i've had on my own.

Halloween had always been one of their favorite non-holiday holidays so of course, they had to have a party.

It kind of came with the territory being ghost hunters and all. Spooky season and all that.

However, this year would be so much different. This year was more important than any of the other years they'd had parties at their house on Halloween.

This was the first party they'd planned on having at their new place in Vegas. Despite their friends living states or even countries away, a lot of them promised to be in attendance.

It helped that Sam had planned for this party about a month in advance to be on the weekend before Halloween so everyone had cleared their schedules anyway to be able to celebrate with them.

Planning the party had been a nightmare for Sam, his best friend being of little help, but he managed to make everything look good, right down to the last jello shot filled syringe.

He'd even taken to writing "redrum" in red lipstick that Kat had left behind a while ago on their bathroom mirror, wrapping red lights around the mirror to create a self proclaimed spooky mood.

Colby had rolled his eyes and laughed as he watched Sam perch on the bathroom counter, sticking lights to the wall with tape, but he figured if the guests enjoyed it, he could ignore his annoying best friend's judgements.

It was time to get ready for the party now with the house all decked out in lights and spooky shit.

Sam had had his costume sorted out since he started planning. It was a little generic, but he had a twist to the outfit which he was equal parts nervous and excited for. It was something he'd been curious about ever since he and Katrina had been out looking for costumes together and she was looking through different colored fishnet stockings.

He and Kat had split earlier that year because their lives were going in different directions. It was amicable and after a month or so of taking time apart to heal from the breakup, they were back to being friends and spending time together again like nothing had happened.
