Rhydian, Akela and Maddy discover some startling truths about other wolfbloods

After missing the bus, Akela's mum thankfully was able to drive her and Maddy into school. Although she wasn't all too happy about it. "Next time you miss the bus, you can walk to school!"
"Hey, it wasn't my fault. I was ready. I was waiting for Maddy." Akela tries to excuse but it doesn't work. "Besides if we ran, we'd get here before the bus." She adds cheekily before getting out of the car, Maddy doing the same.
They were about to walk off and into school when they were stopped by their mother, "Don't forget to invite Rhydian round for dinner. We need to talk to him about transforming safely."
"Just... let us talk to him first." Maddy says, not wanting their parents to bombard Rhydian so quickly and make him feel uncomfortable and pressured.
However, Emma shakes her head. "No, girls. Invite him round. Which one is he anyway?" She asks as she looks around trying to see if she could sense him, which she quickly did after she caught Rhydian walking into the school. "That's him, isn't it?"
"Can't hide anything from a Wolfblood." Akela quips slightly annoyed.
"Poor lad. Imagine going through all that on your own. I don't know how Akela survived for so long on her own. You were only ten." Their mum comments causing said girl to briefly look down in remembrance of her time after she had just just transformed.
"Look, mam, I've got to go." Maddy says trying to end the conversation there.
"This is serious. He could expose us all."
Akela begins to get annoyed at her mothers lack of trust in Rhydian. "He's not an idiot. He just didn't know that he could also change when it wasn't a full moon. Now he does and he'll be careful. Also, I'll talk to him. You just have to promise that you and dad won't embarrass him."
"Off course not. I'm not entirely without tact!" Akela stares at her mother in disagreement. Closing the car door, Akela and Maddy make their way into school but are quickly stopped by the sound of their mother honking the car's horn. "Tell him Wednesday's hog roast night!" She yells from the car. Groaning in embarrassment, Akela turns around and avoids looking at anyone as she enters school.
When entering school, Akela was confused when she saw everyone was holding sheets of paper and were staring intensely at it. Rounding the corner she soon then saw the posters lined up all on the windows. Walking closer, she could tell that it's from the moors. She also figured that it was Shannon's doing as at the bottom it says 'The Moors Monster - Proof' and in the picture there is a figure that looks like a wolf circled. "Oh come on Rhydian, I just defended you saying you weren't an idiot."
