Black Veil Brides: A Secret Crisis **In Editing**

Chapter 11

I woke up and white lights were rushing by me. I had a horrible pain in my stomach. I looked around, about 5 nurses were surrounding me, running. Then, we burst through doors and into a metal room(surgery room, don't know how else to describe it). I looked around and one of the nurses put a mask over my face. I breathed in and it smelled funky. Then, everything was going blurry again.

*In the coma*

I felt a twinge of pain in my stomach then I was walking through blackness. I walked and walked, calling out Andy's name. Ashley's. CC's. Jake's. Jinxx's. No one answered. I was scared. I could taste blood and every now and then I felt a sharp burst of pain rush through my body, causing me to scream out in pain. It would bring me to my knees and I would sit on the ground for a minute or two breathing heavily, holding my stomach until the pain disappeared then I would get up and continue walking. Finally, after a while the bursts of pain stopped completely and I was walking, calling out Ashley, Jake, Jinxx, Andy and CC's name, with no answers. I sat down eventually in the middle of the never-ending blackness and started crying. Then. I heard a familiar voice. Andy's. I looked up and looked around even though I could see nothing.

I called out "Andy?" through tears and he didn't answer, but I did hear him talking to me.

"Kat. Please, wake up. Don't die. You have to be strong. We miss you. I miss you. No one is allowed to touch you unless its a nurse. I miss your voice, your kissing, everything. Please, please wake up. The nurses and everyone is saying 4 months is long enough. They said if you don't wake up in 2 days, you will be taken off life support." His voice cracked and he continued. "Please Kat. Please Kat, just show some sign of life. I know you're still there. You are trapped by your father. He is holding you captive and won't let you go, I know he is. But listen. You have the strength to overcome his power and defeat him. Do it for Jinxx, Jake, CC and Ashley. Do it for me. Please, just open your eyes."

Andy's voice started fading, I couldn't hear what he was saying anymore. I got up and started running and calling out Andy's name frantically. I needed to wake up and let Andy know I was ok. But I hadn't seen my dad since I was out. Not once. I hadn't even heard him. I kept running, I seemed to be going slower though. Not going anywhere. Then I heard his evil laugh.

He shouted "Andy is a smart one. I have been holding you captive, you won't ever see the light of day again. I know it has only seemed to be about an hour or so, but time passes quickly here. In fact, here comes the nurse to take you off life support. Andy is following her too, begging her, why don't you take a look."

I all of a sudden saw everything. A nurse walked in, followed by a pleading, crying Andy.

"Please, you can't take her off life support!"

"I'm sorry Mr. Biersack, but you don't run the show around here. And the rules are after 4 months of being in a coma the patient must be take off of life support. I'm sorry."

She walked over to the machine which was beeping slowly, steadily. She started flipping off switches, the machines shut off, one by one. The last machine she shut off stopped the dreaded horrible *beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep*. I looked at Andy, he was crying. He walked over to me and picked up my hand and kissed it gently. I could feel his kisses on my hand, I could feel his pain and his tears. He kissed my hand for a long time, his tears dripping down onto my hand, down my arm. I then felt a horrible, sharp pain in my stomach. I screamed and fell to my knees.

My dad shouted over my screaming and said "Feel that, you're dying now. Normally, you would live on, but I don't want you to."

I glared into the darkness and I saw him step into my view. I got up ignoring the pain. It hurt like hell, but Andy was right. I had to defeat him. I slapped him, catching him off guard then I lunged for his throat and latched on, I wouldn't let go for the life of me....Which is what I was fighting for. It only took a few seconds before I saw his face turning red like it was when I had poisoned him. Then, his chest started bleeding, where he had been shot. I smiled and gripped his throat tighter, as tight as I could. It only took a few seconds and then, he vanished out from under me. I stood up and looked at the screen that was vanishing now too. It was dark in my room. 4 nurses walked in and unhooked the needles and tubes from my arms. They threw a blanket over me and started wheeling me out of the room. I could see nothing but the pale blue of the blanket. But that was fading too. The screen disappeared and then it became light. I looked around at my hands. They were disappearing too.

*Back in reality*

I took a deep breath in and the blanket was thrown off of me.

A nurse shouted "She's alive!!!!"

All of a sudden I was crowded by nurses and doctors. Then, I saw Andy's face, his face in front of CC, Ashley, Jinxx and Jake. He pushed in front of the nurses and doctors. He looked at me, breathless.

He stuttered "K-Kat? Are you really alive?"

I nodded my head and he embraced me in a huge bear hug, kissing me until the nurses had to pull him off of me. Then all of my vital signs were checked and when I was proved to be ok, they released me. I went home with Andy, Jinxx, Jake, Ashley and CC.

*Couple years later/ending*

It was now 2 years later, I had made tons of friends and Andy and I were still together. I had quit cutting and got some tattoos and piercings. Andy had some how talked me into liking Batman almost as much as he did. Haha, every time I think back on that memory I smile and laugh to myself. We lived in L.A. like Andy said we would, I hadn't heard from Mike since after the coma when he texted me to find out if I was ok. He had some how found out what happened, probably through the news or something and my mom had started to come and visit me and Andy 2 or 3 times a year. I didn't especially like the visits, because she was still a drunk, but she treats me like a some what normal mother would treat her daughter. My life is perfect but busy between Andy always taking me on surprise dates weather its just to the mall or out to Iceland, their concerts, me trying to finish college-I had excelled greatly and they said I wouldn't need the extra 2 years- I was constantly busy!
