Haha! I think you assume to Buggy, I don't have Millie in TADC.
Buggy and Jax have an sort of complicated relationship. One despises the other and the other constantly fucks with the acrobat to get on their nerves. Though, even if they do but heads, there is still that deep feeling in the middle that they do need each other. Everybody in the circus is aware of their "tension" together everytime they fight..
Jax enjoys messing with Buggy and teasing her since.. it's Buggy. He likes the reaction she gives him cause it's what he's looking for. However, he would never take it to far to the point where she's uncomfortable or even sad. The two also happen to be protective over each other, not letting other people talk about the other person.
This also is where Jax's sign of jealously comes towards Ragatha for her one sided attraction towards Buggy (who's oblivious) making the two have an sort of beef for her affection.
Buggy is complicated with her feelings towards Jax. A part of her wants to choke him out and kill him while the other wants to drown him in affection. She also dislikes him for the way he treats her best friend, Jevil-Nut There are rare times where you'll find the two to manage to get away which comes to an surprise. She's a bit of an tsundere, hiding her feelings while remaining angry on the outside. Even when she says she hates his teasing, if he were to stop she would feel so empty. She's remains very weary of Jax due to her past relationships and not wanting to be hurt again.
She does share her vulnerability moments with Jax, including her night terrors and fear of the dark. I mean, how to you think he knows about Mr. Snuggles? There's been times he's had to come to her room and wait for her to fall back asleep.
But, at the end of the day, the two would manage to somehow form an relationship over time! At least once Jax fixes his attitude a little, but it's Jax so we don't expect to much!
