Some members at the international meeting were arguing about whether or not they should remove Frederick as leader of the western countries.

"We need to get Frederick out of the leadership," one member stated, arguing that he is using his ancestor's powers with the golden ring.

"Isn't it all the same," another member asked, suggesting that the change in leadership didn't matter in the end.

"They need to stop," another member added, suggesting that the power struggle between Frederick and the kings hierarchy was destabilizing the western countries and needed to be resolved in order to maintain a stable and peaceful region.

As the meeting continued, the countries eventually came to an agreement to remove Frederick as the leader of the western countries and to ensure that a fair and democratic election process would be held.

They also agreed to work together to prevent further violence and conflict in the region.

The decision was made as a result of the growing unrest and political instability caused by Frederick's leadership and his attempts to maintain power. Prime Minister Vladimir of Russia walked onto the stage with an elegant and confident stride. His presence commanded respect but there was also a certain sense of dark menace to his demeanor. He was known for his sharp wit and his ability to get straight to the point when addressing issues. He was also known for being one of the world's strongest political leaders and he was not one to be messed with. His appearance at the event was making everyone sit up and take notice.

The conference is about to begin and Shizuru is reviewing the scene to prepare the cameras. She sees the Russian guy, "Vladimir" the one Hino has a connection with in her flashback, and she realizes that he is the one who killed their daughter. "Shiori" 

Shizuru starts to run to the conference room, where Hino is heading. Marie hears Shizuru's call and also rushes to stop Hino from committing the act. However, Hino is too quick and he pulls the trigger. His anger and vengeance get the better of him and he kills the Irish man.

As Hino and Shizuru stand face to face, Shizuru starts to beg Hino not to go through with his actions. She remembers their daughter and his past relationship. She tries to talk him out of this decision and remind him of their bond and love. She pleads with him to be rational and to think about his actions. But Hino is too focused on his vengeance and anger, he can't listen to Shizuru's words. He is determined to take revenge for his daughter.

Shizuru tries to physically restrain Hino andtake away the gun, the police rush to arrest Hino. However, Hino suddenlyrealizes that he's just daydreaming and nothing actually happened. It could bea sign of Hino's unstable state and mind. It could be a sign that he is soconsumed with his desire for revenge that he can't distinguish between realityand his imagination anymore.

Hino shook his head to clear his thoughts, and he focused on the stage where Vladimir was giving his speech. He felt a sense of excitement in the air as Vladimir addressed the congregation of world leaders. Vladimir was known for his political prowess and he was not one to be messed with.

As Hino and the others applauded Vladimir, he smiled faintly and continued his speech. He spoke about the importance of unity and cooperation amongst the nations of the world.
