She was sound asleep for days. Not only was the curiosity killing him, but staying in place was killing him. He had been parked in her living room for three whole days, adventure-less and never running. Rose could tell her was antsy by the way he just ran around the console room, telling her all the ways he could improve the place.
"I should have stairs. And bookcases. Love a nice bookcase. Gotta be full though. Nothing more irritating then a slightly full bookcase. Got to be full fuller full..." He continued to ramble and Rose pretended to listen.
She was worried about Bella. The only person she had ever seen come back from the dead was the Doctor and she was a little out of her depth that a human did so as well. She could use a little distraction not to think about it. Plus it seemed like the Doctor was going crazy. "Doctor, if we just go somewhere new and lock the Tardis. Do you think that she will be okay?"
He stopped rambling and stared at her through his very much unneeded glasses. He let out a sigh because he really shouldn't leave her. His eyes took notice of his physic paper that laid down on the console. He grabbed it and turned to her. Rose batted her eyelashes at him and flashed him a pretty smile. Butttt....whatever his lady commanded.
So he maneuvered around the console. Instructing the beautiful Rose to press a few buttons here or there. But it was an easy and fast landing. For once landing exactly where he wanted and needed to go. Hopefully. Rose grabbed his hand and gave him a small kiss on his cheek. Which is much more affection that he had been getting from her since he changed his body three months back. He smiled at her happily though. Even if his mind was wondering if he still had a knack for women.
He stepped out of the TARDIS with her and her mouth dropped open in surprise. In front of her was a very beautiful city of flying cars and bright colors. She was surprised when the Doctor stated, " It's the year five billion and twenty three, we're in the galaxy M87, and this...Its New,New Earth."
It was alot to take in and she could only stammer a few words. "That's amazing. I'll never get used to this. Never. Different ground beneath my feet !"
They go on talking and he explains apple grass to her and its amazing. She tells him she loves traveling with him and he agrees. Soon they are on the grass, laying on the Doctors coat, giggling about their first date. Maybe it was never said, but they were diffidently a couple.
"What?" The Doctor asked, noticing she is staring at him.
"You're so different."
He smiles, "New New Doctor- " His smile fades as he sees Bella. She is standing past Rose, a look of confusion and seriousness on her face as she studies the sky. He never got a chance to explain the spaceship, let alone time machine. She didn't seem to scared though. She wore her hair up, a pair of jeans, a black long cami, and a leather jacket that suited her well. Her black combat boots clashed with the bright green grass.
"Hello." He said somewhat cautiously as she approached, Rose finally taken notice of her.
"How are you feeling?" She asked, eyeing the very pretty girl. She glanced at the Doctor to see if he could tell. His face was bright pink and he adjusted his collar. Rose rolled her eyes, because no matter what species, all guys were the same.
"I'm fine, he didn't mean to hurt me." She said, searching their faces. Bella didn't want them to think phoenix was bad.
"No, but we're probably going to have to scan you after."
"After what?" Rose asked as they both stood up. "Can we go and visit New New York... so good they named it twice ?" Her face was flirty and she hoped to capture his attention once again. Rose valued all human life, and enjoyed making new friends, and she would have loved to get to know Bella more. Yet, she couldn't help but feel a little threatened.
The Doctor points his head to the large building in the distance. Rose asks what it is and he replies, "Some sort of hospital. Green moon on the side, that's the universal symbol for hospitals."
His eyes are trained onto Bella who still has her arm crossed while observing him.
"Are we in the future?" She asked, determined to be right.
"Yes, Does that scare you"
She rose a perfect eyebrow, "It doesn't scare me." She walked closer to them and uncrossed her arms, "It certainly doesn't ease my mind either though." Bella frowned, "Are there always big spiders in the future though? Saw a metal one near the box-"
"TARDIS!" The Doctor corrected with a smile. "Its called a Tardis, Time and Space Machine. And there are many different Spiders! Probably wasn't metal though! More like a camelion spider! "
She cleared her throat and asked, "Do you always kidnap girls?"
His mouth dropped in surprise and he shut his mouth, obviously insulted. Rose let out a laugh that made him turn to her with a scowl but she didn't stop. Bella smirked up at him, with glossy lips and said,"Calm down and show me around. I was just making a funny."
He got less defensive and smiled at her too, " Lets go, someones looking for me."
They made their way into the hospital. Rose eying the girl with suspicion. She kept glancing at the Doctor to see if he was looking at her as well. He was, through the corner of his eyes. That was enough for Rose to huff and puff while he talked about a shop in the hospital. She eyed the girl a little more. She was calm, with a flirty smile towards everything, and she didn't seem scared even though she should be. She should be freaking out, yet she wasn't.
"I thought this far into the future, they'd have cured everything."
Bella eyed the Doctor for his response, obviously thinking the same thing.
"The human race moves on, but so do the viruses. It's an ongoing war." The Doctor was delighted that Bella was taking an interest. He wanted her to be interested in the future, and space. Maybe she could travel with them.
Rose was wide eyed at a cat who had nodded at her. A cat like PERSON.
"Now, Don't stare. Imagine what you look like to them, all...Pink and yellow." Bella giggled a little at that but was equally appalled at the cat like creatures. Rose was staring very hard. "See, Thats where I'd put the shop!!" He said pointing it out. Bella turned her head to where the shop might be, but was once again enthralled in the cat like humans. She realized she was alone when she heard Rose call out for her. She turned around and saw them enter the lift. She ran over and tried to open it back up. "Ward 26!! They both called together. The Doctor continued to say something but she could barely hear it.
"Be there in a second!" She called to them, as she tried to press the button.

Bella exited the elevator with a slight gasp because of a disinfectant. She patted her hair down trying to stop the frizz. her eyebrows curved in confusion at the strange lanky looking man at the end of the hall. "Hey!" She called, "I'm looking for Ward 26th?"
"The human child...mostly clean...So beautiful." He stared at her with a creepy smile. "This way, Bella..."
She narrowed her eyes as she followed him, walking steady and crossing her arms in a defensive pose. She had a feeling she wasn't in the right area. She paused walking for a moment and went back to the elevator. Unfortunately it wouldn't start working. She sighed in frustration and walked back to where she saw the man walk back and forth. He was waiting for her to follow him. She did.
She really wished she didn't.
