"See, they're still out there, and you're in here with me," Emerald said as the cop ignored her. "All your guys might be out there but guess what, they're probably all fucking dead!" Emerald yelled as the cop continued to ignore her. "You'll be dead too if you don't let me out of these handcuffs," Emerald said before looking up and seeing the killer through the window. "Behind you! Behind you! Fucking look!" Emerald yelled as the cop looked at her. "Nice try, but I won't fall for your games psycho," the cop said as the killer quietly opened the door. "God fucking Dammit! You're so fucking stupid!" Emerald yelled as the cop finally turned around; he was met with a stab to the neck; the blood splattering on Emerald's face. The key then fell in front of her free hand. She picked it up and uncuffed herself. She then ran out before the killer could get her.
She then ran into a locker room; managing to fit herself into one of them to hide. The killer walked in; Emerald started to hold her breath as the killer began looking around. They opened each locker before standing in front of the one Emerald was in. The emergency lockdown system then went off; shutting all the exits with a metal cover. The killer then walked out of the locker room to see what was going on. Emerald took a breath before exiting the locker. "Close call," she said to herself before wiping the blood on her face. "A shower would be so fucking good right now," she said to herself before exiting the locker room.
"Shit, it's locked down, des conneries!" Dixie said before turning to look at Narreem. "Hold on, I can hack into the emergency system and disarm it, but it will take a while. We just have to hope Em can survive for long enough," Narreem said before taking his laptop out of his bag. "I swear to fucking god if she dies the killer will be my fucking victim!" Dixie yelled as she kicked the metal. She then sat beside Narreem. "You've been kind of distant recently. What happened?" Dixie asked as Narreem sighed. "A lot, a lot happened. I'm just so fucking terrified D, all of this just happened out of nowhere and I have no fucking idea who to trust," Narreem said as Dixie nodded. "I told Em, I told her inviting that group here would be a bad idea. Truth is, when you survive something so horrible; they always keep coming to finish you off. Have you heard of July? July Broad?" Dixie asked as Narreem nodded. "She was the reason for this all starting. The first killers wanted her. They had some sort of vendetta against her. That shit ruins your life, some crazy fucking psychopath wants you dead and now you have an invisible curse following you for the rest of your life. The only way to stop it is to just die or disappear. That's what the original survivors did. July, Damien, Zack, Roman, the four who's basically been there since day fucking zero. The curse passed onto that girl, Leilani, and now that she's here; the curse has passed onto us. If we survive this it won't stop; they'll keep fucking coming and I'm terrified for the future," Dixie said as Narreem smiled. "Don't be scared, D, you're so fucking powerful. You're the strongest, fastest, and most durable out of us all. You beat me in a race while wearing fucking heels," Narreem said as Dixie laughed. "I just don't want to live in fear for the rest of my life. It's like a death sentence without it actually being a death sentence," Dixie said as Narreem exhaled. "Go off the grid, move to some village in the middle of nowhere like July did, she's safe, and you will be too," Narreem said as he deactivated the security system.
"The alarm," Emerald said as it turned off. Emerald made the run for it; escaping from the front of the police station. "You're safe, thank fucking god," Dixie said as she hugged her; Emerald hugging her back. Narreem then hugged her as well. "The killer isn't in there anymore. I don't think," Emerald said as the two nodded.
"You doing okay?" Kevin asked as he looked at Niarsey. "No, not really. I can't stop thinking about Em. She's the only family I really have left Kev. My parents disowned me when I turned sixteen and dropped me off here. My siblings hate me because of whatever sick lie they told them. I came out to them at fourteen, and that didn't go over well. They called me a disgrace, an abomination, a walking sin. They sent me to a mental hospital for an entire year because they thought I was sick in the head. I met Em there, we got really close and my parents thought we were together so they took me back. Then, at sixteen, I couldn't keep the act anymore, and so they told me to get the hell out. Go somewhere, they didn't care where, but as long as I wasn't near them, they were happy. They were happy as long as I didn't exist. They blocked me online and got my two sisters to as well. All I had was Em. She was the only person by my side. She was the only reason I wanted to continue living. Without her, I would've ended my life right then and there. She saved my life, Kev. I need her," Niarsey said before looking at Kevin; who was wiping tears. "I-I never knew," Kevin said as Niarsey smiled slightly. "It's fine, Kev, I'm kind of over it now, it hurts to not have a mom to kiss my bruises away, or a dad to play ball with, a sister to watch fucking Glee with, a sister to laugh with. A family to eat with, a family to have fun with, a family to take photos with, but it happened. The world gave me the cards. Now I just got to play with them," Niarsey said before Kevin hugged him. "I'm always here, always, I'll never leave your side," Kevin said as Niarsey smiled. "Thanks, I love you," Niarsey said as he hugged Kevin back. "I love you too," Kevin said as he kissed Niarsey's neck affectionately. The two then separated before looking ahead; the killer stalking them.
