Prologue

Y/n sighed loudly. "Mom, I am getting bored."

"Y/n, wait. I am calling your father." Her mother said. "He is not picking, he must be busy."

Y/n looked outside from the car at the building.

"Woah? Dad works here? It's a huge building." She exclaimed.

"Yes, we should be grateful that he got a job here." Her mother said.

"Oh! There is dad!" Y/n said, and left the car.

"Y/n don't! His boss will get angry" Her mother said but she had already left.

"Dad!" She said loudly. He looked at Y/n, he bowed to his boss.

"Sorry, Mr. Kim."

Taehyung looked at her, he doesn't like it when his employee's family members come to his company, but he is glad that she came here and he gets to see her.

"It's fine if you can talk." Taehyung said.

"Dad, how long? You said you will get free early today? You said you will spend your whole day with me on my birthday. And it's 5 pm." She pouted.

"Actually it's my fault." Taehyung said, "Your father wanted to go home early, but I brought him to a meeting, so it's my fault."

"No, no. Mr. Kim it's not." Her father politely said.

"What's your name?" He asked.

"Y/n." Y/n hid behind her father, she didn't even look at him, she was scared to talk to new people.

He liked that, he could feel fear in her eyes. Upon seeing her at first sight, he knows how easy it will be to handle her. This is what he was looking for in a girl, a scared, innocent girl. Who is obedient and does whatever he says without questioning.

"Is it your birthday? How old did you turn today?"

"15." She replied.

He smiled, "Happy birthday Y/n. I hope this birthday brings you a lot of joy and Mr. Y/L/N, it's fine you can go now and spend your day with your daughter."

Her father bowed, "Thank you Mr. Kim. Y/n say thanks to him."

She bowed, "Thank you."

She then left with her father.

She might not even remember this meeting, as it was not important to her. But after years she will get married to this person.

Taehyung stared at her leaving. "Jimin."

"Yes?" He said he is his assistant and Best friend.

"I want all the information about Y/n and proof that she is not a sl't. Then promote her father to a higher rank."

"Private school? But why?" Y/n asked.

"Y/n, you are taking admission in one of the most prestigious private schools, you know Mr. Kim studied there too, and he suggested that I should enroll you there too." Her father said, it's Taehyung's plan. He wants her to study in a good school.

Also he is giving funds to this private school, so teachers and principal listen to him, and he could keep an eye on her.

Taehyung got all the information about Y/n and he really liked her, she has never dated anyone. He is happy to know that, he wants her to be like that until he gets married to her.

He wanted her to live the best life, so he gave her father a promotion, so she could live a good lifestyle. And she gets everything she wants.

She is glad that she got admission In private school as there she met her first love, Jeon Jungkook.

Lucky for them, Taehyung didn't know about them.

Y/n saw a pair of heels, she really liked them. But then she looked at the price, it was 3500$. She put it back, it was way expensive and a waste of money. She went back home.

The next day, she finds a box at her doorstep. She opened the box and it had the same heels. She got confused.

"Mom!dad? Did any of you buy me this?" She asked her parents.

"No, it's not from us."  His parents said Y/n was confused. She contacted the shop, and they said it's not from them.

This kept happening, even if she looked at something or she saved it on her wish list. The next day it would be at her doorstep. And some body already had paid for this. She can't accept gifts from unknown people. So she turned them all.

Taehyung managed to get her father's trust, Taehyung is respectful to him. It's rare to see a Young successful person with no ego and who respects his employees.

He has been working with Taehyung for Years now.

"Mr. Kim, can I ask you something?" Y/n's father said.

"Yes, of course. And I have told you that you can call me Taehyung, you are the same age as my father." Taehyung said.

"I think you don't enjoy your life. It's not your age to think about work all the time. I have never seen a guy of your age be this serious and ambitious about your work." He has never seen Taehyung with any girl.

"I enjoy work, but yeah you are right. I need a break, maybe I should get married." He said. "But I believe in arranged marriages, my parents are dead, so I don't know what to do. Maybe you have some girl in your sight?"

"I don't think I would know any girl who matches your standards."

"Leave standards, I don't care if she is rich or poor, I just want a girl who can be a good wife." Taehyung said. "You have a daughter too right?
