Chapter 2

Aneta:
I'm falling in the dark and it speeds with every second. I feel like I may throw  up but I'm falling too fast for it. I feel like I can't even scream. It's like something is blocking all of my senses so I can't move. I can't do anything but I wanna cry so badly.

Suddenly it throw me out and I fall to stone pavement. I feel that is quite cold here and smell of Jasmine and hot wind even it's cold. I open my eyes and beautiful city in mountains. Someone rush to me.
,, Are you okay miss?" he ask. He is man with really dark black hair, tall, probably in his 30s and with purple eyes. Purple eyes?! Probably contact lenses.
,,Ehh yes I think" I stand up but I didn't accept his hand to help me. I never accepted hand of others when it's not my best friend's. It's like a moral rule for me. Some tall boy with black hair, blue eyes, sharp features, maybe a bit older than me come to us. Wings?!! Are they also fake? It this some cosplay city or what?!
,, How did you get here?" the one with purple eyes asks.
,, I-I don't know"
,, It's okay" he looks like he is trying to calm me down. Even I'm not panicking. Or maybe just a bit. But just maybe.
,, It's not okay" I say to him, ,,Where am I?"
,, In Velaris in the Night Court" the one with wings answer me. He has got sharp masculine tone and he is even toxic. They change a look with that other man. They look similliar a bit. Maybe it's his father? Or brother?
,, Yeah, but where is Velaris? Like on which continent?"
,, In Prythian" the purple eye man says.
,, I mean like normal continents. Like Europe, Asia etc" this is getting sus. Like wth? And continent like Prythian doesn't exist. There is Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, South America, North America and Antarctica. That's all. And Prythian.

They look at each other with raised eyebrows.
,, You seem...lost" that man with purple eyes says. Imma call than ,,Purpie" and ,, Wingie".
,, Very lost" he continue.
,, I am. So where it is?" They share a weird look and then Purpie answer: ,, Europe and the other place doesn't exist."
,, It does" I look at him. He is probably making fun of me. ,, This isn't funny"
,, No, it isn't" Wingie replies with toxic tone. So he is toxic now huhhh? I give him serious look and I see how he pussed his lips, probably in anger.
,, You went here by that...portal?" Wingie asks ,, and you don't have any idea where you could be. So you can't be from this world. I can feel it. You are too different."
I raise my eyebrows. ,, Other world doesn't exist"
,, They do."
,,No"
Wingie sighs. ,, What?" I ask him.
,, Nothing" he rolls his eyes so I do.
,, We can definetly solve this. And I'm sure that I may have some idea what's going on. But I need to find it out. But one thing is clear. You are my most welcomen guest I ever had." Purpie says, ,, my name is Rhysand. I'm High Lord of The Night Court. And this is my son, Nyx." Rhysand leads his hand for a handshake so I shake it.
,, I am Aneta Neckářová" let's find out if they know that I am famous. ,,Nice to meet you"
,, Neckazsova....?" Nyx asks with a hit of arrogance in his tone instead of saying hi or nice to meet you or something.
,, Neckářová. But you can say it like Neckarova if you can't pronounce it." Actually I'm used to that when people can't pronounce it. As a slavic celebrity it's something I need to deal with.
,, Okay" he just says.
,, Aneta..... that's exotic name. I never heard ir before. But no wonder when you aren't from this world. But let me give you my invite to my palace to be here as guest." Rhysand says.
,, Thank you I guess"
,, You are welcome" he smiles.

This is the strongest thing that could happen to me in my whole damn life. And I'm their guest? Wth?? I'm just walking and then I'm in some....hiw did they call it? Velaris? Crazy. But I have feeling that I'm not the guest from their pure kindest. This is all odd.
,, I wanna discuss it" Rhysand adds, ,, and clearly we both got lots of questions. But let's get you into your room now."

Thats odd. More than odd. Why would someone invite basically a stranger into their house?
,, My room?" let's see what he is gonna answer.
,, Yes, your room. You are a welcome guest in House of Wind, my palace here. We can take you here now, you will get your room and then we can discuss everything." He smiles at me.
,, You probably think that I'm some old jerk that randommaly invites you into his house. But I'm not. I'm High Lord of The Night Court, the ruler of this place. I can assure you that you will be safe."  That sounds better a bit Its still quite strange. But do I have any other option? No.
,,Okay. Thank you" Nyx give me a toxic look and Rhysand look at him with strict expresiony
,, Nyx will take you here and then I will get here also amd we can have some conversation."
,, No" Nyx says.
,, Come on, she won't bite you" Rhysand frown a bit.
,, I am not biting, I promise" I feel like Nyx chuckle with my words a bit but quickly hide. He just rolls his eyed and pick me up.
,, What are you doing?" I almost yell at him.
,, Picking you up?" he answer me with question.
,, You are gonna fly" Rhysand says like it was the most common thing ever.
,, Fly?" I look at Nyx's wings, ,, like by his wings? They are real?" What the heck?
,, Of course they are. You don't have wings in your world?" Nyx asks. He is clearly surprised.
,, Wha-What?" It just-can they be real? It's not like this should be. I look at them again. They definetly look real, but it just doesn't make any sense. But I'm not in my world. I'm somewhere else, in some Night Court. I guess that it's possible.

Rhysand and Nyx look at each other. Wait! What are they if they have wings? They can't be humans. Does that mean that Rhysand's purple pupils are also real? This is the most random shit that could have happen to me.
,, They are real. I think we need to explain lot of things to you" Rhysand chuckle a bit.
,, You also got a lot to explain" Nyx point out with toxic tone. So I give him a toxic look. He looks surprised a bit, but doesn't say anything. Good for him.

He held me closer.
,,We are going, dad" Nyx says to Rhysand. So they are father and son. That's it.
Rhysand nod: ,, Okay. We will meet in while."

Before I can say anything, Nyx gets into air.
