"I love you, Haru"

Haru's PV:

Today it was the 2nd of February.
The day I had waited for so long. Today I was going to see him again after he had been one year in Australia. He decided to visit Makoto and me for his 18th birthday and I was really excited. If he had changed?

"It's your 18th birthday...

Rin",

I mumbled.
I waited for him at the airport holding his birthday present in my left hand. I sat down, tried to keep myself calm and fortunately it worked.

His plane was a bit too late and I started looking nervously at the screen where the arrivals of each plane were published.

Suddenly there it was.

The plane from Australia to Tokyo was at the arrival screen and I jumped up from the seat I sat on. I went to the place Rin was going to come through in just a moment and already searched for him in the crowd which was coming in my direction.

I noticed how nervous and excited I was and turned around walking a few steps to calm myself down. I also noticed I was shaking. I stopped walking, closed my eyes and took a deep breath as a low, warm voice whispered into my ear:

"Haru."

I opened my eyes quickly and my heart started to beat very fast as I turned around seeing Rin right in front of me.
"Rin!" I said and smiled like an idiot. He laughed and hugged me and my heart kind of explode from its beating pace. I calmed down feeling Rin's warm and tall body at my body and hugged him back. I enjoyed the feeling of hugging him again after one year passed and it made me really happy. I realized still holding his present in my left hand and pushed him back.

"Happy birthday!" I said, reaching out my arm and symbolised him to take the present.

"Oh, thank you. Haru."

As he said my name I blushed. He always said my name very softly and suddenly I felt something pricking in my stomach.

"Go ahead and open it already Rin", I told him but he just said "no I'll open it at your house". I didn't say anything and we called a taxi driving us at Makoto's and my house.

Rin's PV:

We left the taxi and stood in front of the house door. We entered and I took my shoes and my jacket off.

"Where's Makoto?" I asked Haru.

"Mako is still at work I guess, he'll be back soon", he answered.

I nodded and went to the living room for a little house inspection still holding the present of Haru in my hands. It was small and well packed. As expected from Haruka.

Haru came back from the kitchen holding two glasses of sparkling wine in his hands. "Here you are", he said. I thanked and took a nip.

The whole evening we talked about the last year and and laughed very much. Then Haru said: "come on Rin. Open your birthday present already!"
"Ok ok", i replied and started unpacking the present.

It was a little red shark for my key chain. It was really cute. Especially because it was from Haru. I blushed and smiled at Haru. He blushed, too and smiled back.

I leaned forward and slowly whispered "Thank you, Haru". I kissed him moving my hands to his head to pull him closer to my lips. His lips were soft and warm and kissing Haru made me go crazy. I always felt something for him but I didn't exactly know what it was till I saw him at the airport. My heart kind of exploded and it still does now.

Haru's PV:

Rin leaned forward and slowly whispered "Thank you, Haru".
I blushed as he said my name and I felt Rin's warm, wet lips on mine. First I didn't realize it but as Rin's hands moved to my head pulling me closer to him I did realize and my eyes widened. I tried pushing him away because it was weird that I was kissed by a boy even if it felt very good. Yes, it did feel very good and my heart was going to explode, like my stomach, but I kept trying to push him away. Rin took his lips off mine, still close together and whispered in a deep, warm voice:

"I love you, Haru."
