Part Five

A few hours later

Jack POV

School was finally over and I was waiting in front of the school with Raf, Miko for Arcee, Bulkhead and Bee to pick us up. I know they have to be careful because of the incident a few days ago. We still haven't found this person.

Raf discovered that the recordings had been perfectly edited and he couldn't trace them back to the original, which made it difficult for us to find them. Agent Fowler has the same problems and was furious when he found out about this situation.

It didn't take Bee long to show up in front of the school. Not seeing Bulkhead and Arcee, we got in, Raf sitting in the front and Miko and I in the back

" Is everything okay Bee? Where are Bulkhead and Arcee? Did something happen? " Miko started asking him

" Everything is fine Miko. We decided it would be better if one of us would pick you up until we find this person. We don't want to attract anymore attention  to us. " he replied

" Have you managed to find anything? " Raf asked

" Apart from the fact that there is a new person in town, that's nothing. Her record is clean and we have been observing her for two days. We are 80% sure it's not her " he replied

" What is her name? " I asked

" Scarlett Valeria Shadow. She is 20 years old  " he replied

" Do you know what she does? " Raf asked

" She is a writer and blogger " he replied

" If there was a blogger and it would be she, she would immediately put your photo on the Internet " Miko said

" For that we don't think it's her. We checked her blog and the entire internet. We couldn't find a photo " Bee replied and soon a green portal opened in front of us

" You think the Decepticons have as much trouble as we do? " I asked

" Possibly " he replied and we got out of the car

" Could they be a mutant? " Raf asked

" What is a mutant? " Ratchet asked

" Mutant are people with the X gene that gives them special and unusual power or powers " Miko said

" Not much is known about them because the data was destroyed 50 years ago when their species began to be killed and used as weapons. There are dozens, if not hundreds of people with powers but hiding out of fear. There is no telling what would happen to them if they were caught " Raf said

" People are afraid of what they understand. Even if their mother or the father are mutants doesn't mean the child will be too. The gene can go to sleep and reappear in one generation " I continued

" We know this because Raf broke into the old Archive a few weeks ago when we got interested in this topic " Miko added, seeing their curiosity

" That's the only thing we managed to do we found the rest was deleted, destroyed or destroyed and deleted " Raf said

" That would explain why we couldn't find them and why they didn't post this photo anywhere " said Optimus

" They could also be scout to check what you are and whether you are a danger to them " I added

" That sounds about right " said Ratchet

" What do we do now? " asked Arcee

" Nothing " replied Optimus

" I don't want them to think that we are a danger to them. If they reveal themselves to us, it's good, if not it's a pity. One thing is certain, not a word about it to Agent Fowler " said Optimus seriously

" We understand, Optimu " we all said together, knowing that telling him about our suspicions might end badly.

" How was school? " Bulkhead asked

" It was good. It turned out that Vince is sick, so we have a break from him for a few days " said Miko.

We told them about our bully Vince when Arce picked me up with a black eye. She practically forced us to tell them what happened the next day Vincen came to school with a broken arm. Optimus was mad at Arcee for what she did, but he understood why she used her holoform to beat up Vince. He knew that if Arcee didn't do it, Bulkhead, Bee or WheelJack would have done it.
