I opened my eyes to see that I'm upside down , am I in heaven ?

I felt something dripping from my head and I touched it before looking at it to see blood

I looked around to see glass everywhere , we were involved in an accident

I looked at mom to see her eyes closed "mom" I tapped her but no response and I tapped her again but nothing again

I tried opening the door but it was stuck , I tried again but nothing

I got up but I staggered "bob"I shouted but he was no where to be found

I went to mom's side and I opened the door , she was bleeding heavily

I tried pulling her out of the car but I was not able to , how am I going to carry her ?

"Come with me whiles Lorenzo takes care of my wife " and we went into the ambulance
