"Namaste, Ms. Rekha," Insia greeted respectfully.

"Namaste! Insia right?"

"Yes. Thank you for agreeing to meet us."

With a warm smile, Ms. Rekha nodded. "Kartik told me about your quest to find Mrs. Jeon. I understand the importance of your mission. I've a lecture to give.....Let's proceed to the university"

They sat in the car..."so how can I help you?" Rekha asked...

Insia hesitated for a moment before speaking. "We're looking for Jeon Y/n, but we recently discovered that she might be Princess Vasundhara. We're trying to confirm if Jeon Y/n is indeed Princess Vasundhara and Give her this letter from lieutanant Jeon Jungkook, which he wrote 2 decades ago....."

"Jungkook and Y/n.....hearing these names after 20 years...." Rekha said with a sad smile...

"How come Princess Vasundhara fall for a soldier?"

Rekha chuckles, "because he is....Jungkook.."

(1965)

Jungkook stepping inside the university with a bag in his hand... where...the guards stop him..."Sir, you can't go inside...Princess is there..."

Jungkook attempted to reason with the guards, his voice steady but firm. "I understand the protocol, but my visit is unrelated to the princess. I came to meet Y/n"

The guards exchanged glances, clearly unsure....

"Jungkook came ...." rekha said...looking from window...

Yn's heart raced as Rekha's words hung heavy in the air. The truth. She had been evading it, running from it like a shadow she couldn't shake off.

"Vasu, you need to tell him the truth" Rekha holding Yn's shoulder...

"Vasu, you can't hide forever. Jungkook deserves to know the truth, especially if you're considering a future together"

Yn sighed, her shoulders slumping with the weight of her secrets. "I'll talk to him," she said finally, a mix of resolution and uncertainty in her voice. "But I'm scared, Rekha."

Rekha placed a reassuring hand on Yn's shoulder. "You're strong, Vasu. Whatever happens, you'll face it. And remember, I'll be here to support you, no matter what."

With a deep breath, Yn nodded.....

"guards let Sir come in...." the assistant said

The guards, recognizing Jungkook as someone of importance, stepped aside to allow him to pass. Jungkook entered the university, his steps uncertain, yet determined. He felt a mix of emotions swirling within him - anticipation, nervousness, and a longing to see Yn. As he walked through the corridors, his heart pounded in his chest, echoing the uncertainty of the moment.

He finally arrived at the room where Yn  were waiting. Upon seeing him, Yn's eyes widened with surprise, and then quickly filled with concern.

"You literally scared me yesterday.....when you left with answering...I thought I did a mistake" Jungkook tried to smile, attempting to mask his own apprehension.

"The mistake was mine....Sending you all those letters"

Yn's words hung in the air, heavy with a sense of regret. Jungkook, though surprised by her response, understood the depth of her emotions. He reached out, gently placing his hand on hers. "Yn, those letters were the most beautiful thing that ever happened to me. They brought me hope, happiness, and the promise of something more. I don't regret receiving them, not for a moment."

She looked at him, her eyes softening. "But you don't know the whole truth, Jungkook."

He squeezed her hand reassuringly. "I don't need to know everything right now. What matters is that we're here, facing the truth together. Whatever it is, we can handle it."

"But before that, see....Even being crazy for you....I'm so bad at proposing....definitely a girl before marriage will think if that guy is rich enough to buy a new saree for me..." Yn smiled at his words...they walked together in the lonely hallway...

"so, my salary is 1000 rs...bonus 1400 rs....and now in my account I've 35,000 rupees....we can buy our own small house in Kashmir..." but then he turned around "And if I die in war 10000 rs in m-"

"Can you stop it Jungkook" Yn interrupted him, her voice firm yet tender.

"why are you telling me all this...I wish I could just open up everything but situ-"
Yn's leg slipped

Jungkook's reflexes kicked in, and he swiftly caught Yn before she could fall. His strong arms wrapped around her, holding her close. Their eyes met, and in that moment, all the unspoken words hung heavy in the air between them.

"But situations never let me do it....."Yn's heart raced as she looked into Jungkook's eyes, feeling a whirlwind of emotions. She wanted to tell him everything, to pour out her heart and soul. Yet, the weight of their circumstances kept her silent, the fear of the unknown holding her back.

Jungkook, sensing her internal struggle, brushed a strand of hair from her face and offered her a reassuring smile. "It's okay, Yn. You don't have to say anything you're not ready for. I'm here for you, no matter what."

They stood straight..."you need time right? take it as much as you want...because in this journey....I'm ready to walk with you like this throughout my life....." His words were a balm to her restless heart, and she nodded, feeling a sense of gratitude wash over her.

Then as jungkook was going...."Where are you going? back to Kashmir?"
Yn's voice was mixture of panic and amusement

Jungkook turned back, his eyes softening as he looked at Yn. "Not just yet. I'm here to stay, at least for 4 days....I wanted to meet you my family...I'm going to village...but it's fine" saying this he went for station....

Yn felt a mix of emotions flood over her. She ran towards the door, her footsteps echoing in the empty hallway.

"Vasu, where are you going?" Rekha called after her, concern lacing her voice.

"He's going to Kashmir in a few days," Yn replied, her voice urgent and desperate. "I need to tell him the truth before it's too late."

"But Vasu—" Rekha began, but Yn interrupted her, her eyes pleading.

"Please manage," she said, her voice cracking with emotion. "I can't lose him without him knowing the truth. I can't bear that burden on my conscience. I need to tell him everything."

Rekha nodded understandingly, realizing the depth of Yn's feelings. "Go, Vasu. Tell him. We'll manage here. Just make sure you come back safe."

With a determined nod, Yn rushed out of the room, her heart pounding in her chest.

(at the station)

Jungkook sat on his seat inside the train, his thoughts a whirlwind of emotions. He stared out of the window, the passing scenery nothing but a blur to his troubled mind. His heart felt heavy, burdened by the weight of the unknown, the unsaid words hanging in the air.....

BUT....

Jungkook's heart skipped a beat as he felt a presence near him, a familiar energy that tugged at his soul. He turned his head, his eyes widening in disbelief. There, standing in the aisle of the train, was Yn, her eyes searching his with a mix of determination and vulnerability.

"Yn?" Jungkook whispered, his voice barely audible over the noise of the moving train.

His heart raced with a whirlwind of emotions — relief, confusion, hope.

Jungkook's heart raced as he stood up, his lips curling into a genuine smile that mirrored the relief in his eyes. He walked toward Yn, his steps quick but steady, closing the distance between them. As he reached her, he gently cupped her face in his hands, his thumb caressing her cheek softly.

"Yn," he murmured, his voice filled with a mixture of awe and tenderness. "I can't believe you're here. ."

Yn looked up at him, her eyes shimmering with unshed tears. She reached up, placing her hand over his, her fingers entwining with his.

In that moment, surrounded by the rhythmic sounds of the moving train and the warmth of each other's touch, it clearly felt like.... they found solace in the promise of unity, ready to confront the challenges that lay ahead, hand in hand.....
