●Nalani was walking around and stopping every now and then when someone asked for her help.

She was silently looking for Ronal after discovering her little man, Äzelo had fallen ill to a cold. Although she didn't necessarily doubt her skills, she just wanted an excuse to bother her mate.

She and Tsireya had finally finished the gift for Ronal and she couldn't wait to give it to her.

The good mood she was in was overflowing and she couldn't wait to see her mate wear it proudly amongst the people.

Her pupils dilated when she saw her pregnant wife tending to an elderly woman.

She quickened her pace until she was right in front of them.

Ronal slightly smiled but tried to hide it as she focused on her job. It was almost impossible when Lani sat next to her and was staring with such an intensity that made her nervous.

"Äzelo has fallen ill."

Ronal nodded. "I'll see to him when I am done here."

Nalani said nothing and patiently waited until she was done. In the meantime she let her hand trail dangerously low her wife's back.

Ronal quickly wrapped up and as she stood she glanced at her wife who followed after her.

"Did you need something else?"

Nalani simply shrugged, "You."

Ronal snapped her eyes to her in warning as they walked.

"Aren't you supposed to be training JakeSully?"

Lani rolled her eyes, "He can wait," she wrapped an arm around her wife's shoulder, "but I cannot."

Nalani seemed to bring out a whole other side of her mates and anyone could see it.

Ronal wouldn't admit it but Nalani's bold suggestions always made her feel slightly embarrassed. The taller woman was shameless whenever she wanted them.

Nalani pulled her in closer with a lazy grin and Ronal felt her heart skip a beat. "I miss you both."

The two leaders had been extra busy lately and Nalani felt a little bit starved of their attention. Deep down she felt a craving build up and she knew only her mates would be able to satisfy it. It usually crept into her mind at random moments.

Unknowingly to her, they had been working harder so that they could have more free time in the upcoming days.

Ronal let herself have a moment of weakness and rested her hand against her mate's cheek. Lani leaned into it while pressing a hand to the underside of her wife's belly. She could feel the firmness of their child growing and it fueled her need to be around her wife even more.

Ronal would drop everything to stay in her mate's arms just a bit longer but she was mentally strong enough to pull back slightly. Nalani didn't exactly let her and timidly grabbed the hand resting on her cheek then pressed a kiss onto her palm.

Their eyes connected and Ronal almost caved. It was clear that Lani really did miss them more than she let on.

She sighed deeply and retracted her hand, "I am busy today. Go bother Tonowari, he will be done early." It might have sounded blunt but Lani knew better. She knew Ronal wanted to join them equally as badly.

Lani sighed dejectedly but then smirked as she pressed a kiss to Ronal's head.

"As you wish, my queen."
