How long had it sat in this dark, underground bunker? Days? Months? Years? It didn't matter they all blurred together but it was content with waiting, waiting for the conditions to be met for it to be set loose.

"I do not doubt that when you wake you'll be confused, and I'm sorry for that. And I'm more sorry that I want to be there to help you, if you've been woken up then that means that another coral disaster is close at hand..."
The man in the recording took a long pause before continuing "Despite my best efforts another is close to happening, that's why I created you. To be there In my stead, now go forth my horseman...My only regret is not seeing you completed." With that, the message stops.
It feels a bolt of electricity rush through it as it adjusts to its new body. It looks down at the hands it didn't have a moment ago watching as it moves the individual fingers.
It took a step forward as the sound of its massive feet echoed throughout the bunker. It turned to where its weapons were hung on the wall and picked them up with ease. It made its way through the bunker still trying to get used to walking.
Finally, it arrived at the hanger it was empty except for one thing, the VOB sitting in the middle of the hanger. Black Flint quickly approached it and merged with the VOB, the engines roared to life and the hanger doors opened.
Black Flint was rocketed out into the sky above Institute City. The HUD lit up with words from his operating system Nineball.
MISSION PARAMETERS: INTERCEPT CORPORATE FORCES AT THE WALL
Reaper acknowledged his mission, now all he had to do was wait just a little longer.
THE WALL
The RLF was on the ropes, two ACs had breached the wall and were now fighting the Juggernaut at the top of the wall while Arquebus forces pushed them from the front, it wouldn't be long until they would have to abandon the wall.
"Just a bit more buddy we can do this." The blue AC pilot Rusty said.
His partner a pilot known as Raven didn't respond.
Rusty was drawing fire from the Juggernaut while Raven came up behind it letting loose on its weak spot.
Raven's handler a man known as Walter cut through the coms "621 there's something fast approaching prepare yourself."
Near the front of The Wall, the unknown landed detaching from the VOB as it flew away back to its bunker.
The machine slid across the snow as it engaged multiple Arquebus MTs dispatching them with ease as it moved through the city, ignoring the RLF as it only stopped to eradicate Arquebus forces making its way to the tap of the wall.
It slid to a halt and stood at its full height, the Juggernaut and two AC pilots just stared waiting for the unknown to make the first move.
Reaper observed the three in front of him. The big one was of RLF origin he wouldn't have to fight it unless it took the first shot. The two others were different one was a corporate pilot and the last one was an independent mercenary.
The first to make a move was the Juggernaut who fired its cannons at the NEXT and charged it head-on.
Black Flint quickly dodged around the Juggernaut letting loose both its rifles into its unarmored backside. The Juggernaut quickly swung back around charging the NEXT again.
This time Black Flint lifted off hovering above the Juggernaut as he let loose a torrent of missiles that rained down on the Juggernaut destroying the machine.
Black Flint landed, lifting its head its orange eyes making contact with the two ACs in front of him.
"It took it out that quickly unbelievable," Rusty said in disbelief.
"621, you can't take that thing on even if you have a Vesper on your side Run," Walter said
Ravn debated with himself, he had never run from a fight before but it was clear this machine was on a different level.
Rusty also received an order to retreat both ACs turned tail and quickly retreated as the unexpected guest watched before he withdrew.
Walter sat at his desk going over videos and pictures of the NEXT "So he did finish you...this makes things complicated."
