Vansh sits beside an unconscious Riddhima her hand held tightly in his... Tears stream down his face as he gazes at her lovingly. He leans in, gently kissing her forehead, hoping his love will reach her even in her unconscious state... His worry and fear are written all over his face...
Doctor enters the room, immediately noticing the distress in Vansh's eyes...
D:Mr vansh ap mere cabin mein chalain ..I wanna tell you something
Vansh stands up, his eyes still locked on Riddhima before reluctantly following the doctor out of the room....

D:(sighs) I'm sorry to say this, but Riddhima is suffering from a brain tumor.😔😔..
Vansh's heart stops at the doctor's words. His eyes widen with shock, and tears start to well up once again.
