Halloween.

A tradition involved in dressing up as various fictional characters from movies, fairy tales, TV series, horror movies and comic books. Parties, countless sweets and fun. Probably everyone in the world was a fan of this event.

Well - almost everyone.

Char Leslie - male, representative of the ancient Serpentine race, Pyro Viper with black scales, who people at the sight of him should fear.... No. Char didn't like Halloween. Don't get him wrong, he loved and adored candy and fun, but he hated scary stories, costumes and horror movies. After once being forced to watch '' The Conjuring '' he never wanted to hear about the event of fear again, he couldn't go to sleep for a good few nights with nightmares or sleep paralysis.

His beloved, fiancée Duhvassa Chumsworth of the Anacondrai tribe was his complete opposite. She loved Halloween and horror movies. In fact, you could give her the title of Nr.1 horror-themed fan. Char couldn't understand how in the world his beloved liked to watch such scary, disgusting things and sleep peacefully -- he was a scaredy cat.

Char is in the kitchen cooking dinner for his family: Duhvassa, their adopted human son Goldie and even Uncle Pythor with his wife Aspheera, who had decided to come for a visit. He wore a dark purple apron around his waist with the words '' Super hot chef'' and was stirring noodles with curry sauce in a pan with a spoon.

Char was humming a melody under his breath, ironically from the horror-themed game, Five Nights at Freddy's, when out of the corner of his eye he saw something small and black run down the hallway. He immediately threw his head in that direction with a slight concern, but saw nothing, so he shrugged his shoulders and resumed humming and cooking.

- Honey do you need help? - Duhvassa asked, appearing in the kitchen and wearing a black dress and a diamond heart necklace around her neck.

- No, my love, thank you. I have everything under control. In just a few minutes my specialty will be ready. - Char replied cheerfully and his tail flicked slightly excitedly.

Duhvassa sighed at the delicious smell of the dish and a blissful smile appeared on her lips. - I see. It smells wonderful. Can I ask you to bring it to the living room for us?
