[Ninjago: The Snakes King's Niece Universe ]
[Request from @WavernSistersforever. A one-shot in which a niece's true love and concern for her beloved uncle, who is struggling with a difficult life situation, is revealed. ]
Ninjago City. A cool autumn night. The moon has long been visible in the sky accompanied by millions of stars, illuminating the Earth. All leaves on the trees in the park have long since fallen, already preparing nature for Winter.
Suddenly you can hear joyful laughter echoing in the quiet space of the park. There! Two humanoid snakes with skin almost as black as night. Their pink eyes glowed in the dark, which would have led to a heart attack any human who just happened to decide to take a short night walk.
However, they weren't monsters - just two best friends, fine duo, a niece and uncle - Pythor.P.Chumsworth and his sweet, pure soul niece - Duhvassa Chumsworth. They laughed joyfully, telling jokes to each other as they returned home from their walk to rest for the night.
" I can't believe, uncle Pythor! You really have an amazing sense of humor. " Duhvassa said, taking breaths to calm down after a series of hysterical laughter.
Pythor was still giggling to himself, with his hand over his mouth. " You see, my dear niece. This is what it's like when you spend 24/7 with one of the best jokers in Ninjago. " he said to her and winked with a smile.
Duhvassa laughed once more as she moved even closer to her uncle's side to cover herself a bit from the cold wind. Both of them, even though they were dressed in jackets with scarves, were still cold. Snakes hate cold.
Pythor wrapped his arm around his niece and glanced at the time on his watch. " My gosh, it's so late already? I remember when we left it was 6pm. "
" Time passes quickly when you are engaged in pleasures. " Duhvassa replied with a shrug of her shoulders and Pythor nodded, admitting she was right. After which she yawned. " Gee, this constant laughter has made me sleepy. Maybe we'd better go home, huh? "
Pythor sighed through his nose and his bright expression faded slightly as a frown appeared on his face. Duhvassa noticed it almost immediately and her smile also disappeared, replacing it with concern. She put her hand on her uncle's shoulder as they stopped in the middle of the road.
" Are you all right, uncle? Is something wrong? "
