Chapter 5: Late Night Run In

Kaminaris POV: It was around 8 pm the festival started in 2 days I told Jirou to come with me. I stood up and opened my door and walked out of my dorm and into the kitchen. As I reached the kitchen I went to the fringe and tried to find some eggs. I looked and looked but couldn't find any, so I looked around and saw Midoriya walking out of his dorm, so I asked "Hey Midoriya do you know if we have any eggs left, I was sure there were 2 left" He looked at me and said, "I don't know sorry I'll let you know when we get some more" I nodded and said, "Thank you Midoriya" and walked away to my door room. As I stepped inside my dorm, I grabbed my jacket off the coat rack and slipped it on along with my shoes and went outside.

I decided to walk to the store because I was really hungry for some eggs. As I arrived at the store I walked in and heard the cashier say " Hello thank you for coming in just let me know if you need help finding anything" I gave him a slight smile and walked back to where the eggs where I looked at a carton, I picked up to make sure none were cracked and mine were all good. I walked back to the cahier and put the carton of eggs on the counter. "Find everything okay" He said "Yeah" After he rang up the eggs, he pushed some buttons on the cash register and said "Alright your total is 3.25" I gave him the money and he put the eggs in a bag and gave it to me.

As I was walking back, I noticed that there was a new music shop open on a corner, so I walked up to it and went inside. As soon as I went inside, I was amazed by all the guitars because they were my favorite, I always wanted to play guitar. I walked up to the desk and asked the lady sitting there "Sorry to bother you but do you guys give lessons at all" She looked at me and said, "I'm sorry but we don't if we ever decide to do lessons, we will let you know" I nodded and said, "Thank you" As I walked towards the door, I see a familiar face walk in the store. I wasn't at all surprised considering its her. "What are you doing here dumbass"? She asked, " I could ask you the same thing Jirou" I replied, she had no response but just stabbed me with her jack " WHY ME" I screamed "What a cute couple the lady at the desk said" She instantly stopped stabbing me and said "Oh were not a couple" The lady apologized and I watched as Jirou looked around the store and as her eyes lit up as she found something she liked.

Once we left the store I completely forgot about my stomach, and I told her " Follow me I want to show you something." I was taking her to my favorite place a big hill with a view of the city it was so beautiful. Once we arrived there, I turned to her and asked, " So what do you think" she paused for a moment and said "Its...Beautiful" I smiled and continued to gaze over the city with her." Alright let's go back home Jirou" I said she nodded and followed me as I walked back to UA. on the way back we were having conversations about middle school our past and how we have changed over the years "Wait you changed to me you're still a dumbass" She said, " I turned and said " Why is it me only I'm a victim of being bullied help me" She started laughing then I told her I was out to buy some eggs and she said" Yeah sorry I took the last 2 to try and make that omelet that you do. I smiled and said, " ill teach you next time you want one" Her eyes lit up like a kid on Christmas. Out of nowhere I felt 2 arms wrap around me and I froze completely when I looked down Jirou was hugging me which it was rare for her to even hug anyone besides her parents. "Thank you so much Kaminari" she said excitingly "No problem" I said while my cheeks felling a little warm. I don't think she realized what she did because she would have killed me by now.  

Once we arrived back at UA, I taught her how to make the omelet because she couldn't wait and to my Suprise, she almost got it right away still not perfect, but it was pretty good. After we were done eating, we sat on the couch in the common room and watch some scary movies because that was our favorite genre. We decided to watch a Nightmare on Elm Street what we didn't know is that there was more than one movie, so we ended up watching them all at passed out on the couch.

 I felt the sun beaming down on me and woke up I looked at the time and panicked, we were really late for school, but I figured were already ate so what's the point of going. When I tried to get up, I felt something heavy on me, so I looked over to see Jirou fast asleep and I didn't want to wake her, so I gently moved her and set a blanket on her. I decided to make breakfast for us because I know we would bother be hungry. As I was making the pancakes, I see the purple haired girl on the couch start to wake up. "Morning, I said to her" she looked over at me slowly and said, "Why am i on the couch" "Oh we passed out on there last night" I said. I know she was too tired to have a reaction because she didn't stab me yet." I made breakfast" I said as putting it on a plate and giving it to her "Thanks" she said. As she ate her food, I could tell she was waking up more so I told her "Well were already late for school so we might as well stay here" "I guess so" she responded." Once we both finished our breakfast we just decided to chill out and talk about the movie and the festival. I know she didn't want to do it, but I wanted to hang out with her just me & her. "So, what time do you want to meet up to go to the festival?" I asked " Around 8:00-8:30 I'd say." "Sound great I'll see you then Jirou" I said with a smile.
