Chapter 11 - Oh Lord...

Hello again lovelies and welcome back to a new chapter! Sorry again for the long wait, I was taking a very much needed break due to stress and all that fun stuff, but let's not waste anymore time, enjoy!

(Y/n) Pov:

'Why is this so embarrassing?' The heat in my cheeks only grew worse as the four of them conversed, me only having to talk every once in a while, but the conversation soon came to a stop when Kyojuro interjected.

"I don't know about you guys, but I am starving!" Kyojuro yelled out, placing his fists on his hips.

"Same here best buddy! Let's go get some food from the cafeteria" Tengen suggested as he leaned on one foot.

"I don't mind, I guess I could go for something" Giyuu trailed off as he looked down at the floor with a bored expression.

"Want to join us?" Kyojuro asked as he looked over to me and Shinobu.

"I would love to, but I have some work to do in the lab, so you four go on ahead without me~" Shinobu cooed out as she walked away. I gave her a small wave which she returned with a small smile added to it. The class door closed behind her.

"Well, let's go!" Kyojuro chimed in as he started strutting to the door. My eyes stared at him as he walked, but my eyes couldn't help but lower slightly... oh dear lord, for I have sinned...

My eyes couldn't take themselves off the gloriousness I was seeing but my trance was cut off as a hand strongly patted my back, making me fall forward slightly, luckily able to catch myself before I fell. I gripped my crutch tightly as I swung my head around to glare at the tall man that had slapped my back. My eyes narrowed at Tengen's as he backed up slowly, putting his hands up in the air as a way of showing that he surrenders.

"My bad!" Tengen laughed out loud. I merely glared at the man before following after Kyojuro as he stood at the door, holding it open for the three of us.

"Come on you three! Let's get going" Kyojuro called out, flashing a large smile to us as he waved his arm. All three of us followed after him, out of the door.

The walk was not long as the cafeteria was only a few doors down from the training hall. Tengen and Kyojuro were up at the front talking with each other while me and Giyuu were in the back, walking in a comfortable silence, or at least some silence due to the fact that Tengen and Rengoku were basically fighting each other to see who was the loudest.

We made it to the cafeteria within like a minute, and oh boy was it huge. I was too busy staring at the huge architecture of the room that I didn't notice that the three accompanying me were getting in line to go through the buffet that they had set up.

"OI! (Y/n)! Are you coming?!" Tengen's voice soon called out, catching my attention. I turned around and saw him waving. I didn't say anything in return as I ran (more like sped walking because of the crutch) to the trio and hopped into the line behind them.

"Dang, what were you staring at? You seemed to be off in space or somethin" Tengen said as I looked up at him.

"I was just so entranced by the large building, my bad" I trailed off, I could feel a small bit of heat rise to my cheeks as I titled my head down in embarrassment. Nothing else was said as Tengen turned his attention back to Kyojuro and talked to him about training. The group and I moved forward slowly as we finally made it to where we could grab a plate and grab whatever food we wanted. Everyone kind of just ran off in their own directions, leaving me alone and looking around to find something I would like to eat. I didn't eat too long ago, but I was still quite hungry, so I could go for something small. My eyes scanned the multiple options of food and eventually landed on the salad bar. I walked over and scanned over the different options.
