Black eyes looked over the tall trees as he sat on top of a very well known manor, a breeze making his natural purple hair flow elegantly through the wind. His pale skin shining more under the blazing sun, making his small beads of sweat glisten lightly. He wore blue jeans and a black tank top, in his hands was an SR-25 sniper rifle. His eyes looking through the scope, of course he didn't need it but he hated things going to waste.
'10,000,000 ¥, it's a very amazing deal to take out two simple guys Michael.' He thought back to the beginning of the mission, his malicious smile spreading on his lips. Simple indeed.
Michael saw his targets sitting on an open field playing a game he hated as he grew up in the underworld, chess. His slender index finger rested on the trigger as it tightened only for him to stop when he heard someone clear his throat behind him. He took in a deep breath again as his scope rested the cross line on one of the man's forehead, again about to shoot. But of course someone had to cough behind him and making him lose his mind little by little; irritated he spoke.
"You need a cough drop or something? Can't you see I'm trying to kill someone!" He said as he looked back to see a small boy of the age of fourteen and a man in a butlers outfit standing tall with a smirk behind him. "Midget." He commented at the end.
Turning back he saw his target, aimed, then shot as it pierced the man's left eye like usual. And of course he loved having two target at the same time in the same place, it gave him a sort of adrenaline when the other target ran from his fated doom. Like a game of cat and mouse.
His smirk was covered by a black mask, a Cheshire cat like smile drawn beautiful on it. His black eyes where the only visible thing you could see. Wrapping things up quickly he pulled the bag up behind him and jumped elegantly heading towards the terrified human, giving him a head start like always.
He stashed his bag in one of the trunks of the fallen trees so it wouldn't slow him down, wanting the game to be as perfect as possible. From the distance he could hear the pained panting of the human, soon enough he came to view, he watched in amusement seeing the human push himself further to civilization. He chuckled darkly and saw the human stop suddenly as he heard the chuckle echo around him. The trees grew dark as his prey started to tear up pathetically.
"W-where are you!" He said as he turned in circles looking all around him. "Where are you!"
Chuckling again Michael smirked as he stood behind his prey and spoke softly into the humans ear.
"Everywhere." Making the human freeze.
The human turned around as he tried to look only to see the darkness coming closer towards him. "Please! I'll give you anything! Women, money, anything just please don't kill me." He said sobbing on the soft green grass.
"Ok." Michael said as he gathered his darkness back, making the forest look bright and beautiful again.
"W-what?" The man said looking up to see a young man sitting on a branch, swinging one foot back and forth in a childish manner and the other was tucked on the branch, his knee under his chin.
"I said ok, but I have to know how much money you will give me." He said with a sweet grin.
The man whipped his tears and he stood up with sniffles gasping slightly. A small smile on his face.
"As much as you want just say the number!" The man said with a smile of hope.
"I said you have to pick the number so pick it." Michael said with a serious look then turned back to his play full mood. "Just remember to pick the right number!"
"I - I'll give you 7,000,000 ¥" he said hopefully with a smile.
"Yesh." Michael said as he dropped to the floor, his feet not making a single sound as he landed perfectly. "Sorry, sir, but you were literally a couple million low."
"What?"
"I'll have to kill you know."
"W-wait-"
In a swift move he took out his favorite hunting knife and slit his throat. Slightly staining his favorite tank top. "Awe crap, now I have to do laundry again." He sighed as he made his way towards the tree he left his bag.
"Hm?" He said confused, not seeing his bag, panicking he looked around rapidly. "Where's my bag!?" He shrieked his horror.
"Are you looking for this?" A silky taunting voice said as he held a duffle bag up for the creature in front of him.
Looking back Michael sighed and smiled walking towards the demon.
"Thank you demon, I was looking everywhere for that." He chuckled as he saw the slight shock on the demon knowing what he was. The demon himself didn't know what Michael was.
Michael grabbed his bag as he saw the shock.
"Is something wrong mister?" Michael said as the butler straightened his butler outfit and stepped to the side to reveal the small boy from before.
"How do you know about my butler?" The child demanded.
"Well aren't you full of sunshine." Michael said as he bent down and smiled. "Why don't you go back to your parents like a good little boy you are and leave me alone."
"My parents are dead." He said with a glare, wanting Michael to feel the guilt trip he sent him.
"Then join them." Michael said with an innocent giggle as he stood up straight and walking away from the shocked child.
He was about to go receive his money when a hand stopped him. Turning around he saw the demon butler. "Yes?" He said annoyed.
"I will not let anyone insult my master and walk away without an apology." The butler said with a glare.
"Ah right, I'm sorry for being rude let me apologise." Michael said as he stepped in front of the unamused child. "I'm sorry you didn't die with your parents like you should have." He said and in a flash he was gone to retrieve his money, leaving both gentlemen standing shocked.
The boy was raging, he had never been spoken to in such a hard and horrid way of talking.
