Michael walked around the dark streets of London, keeping to the shadows and making sure he didn't touch one of those disgusting human he hates the most, he looks up into the night sky the week dragged out longer than usual. Recalling yesterday's events he thought of that dreadful demon, cursing it's very grotesque given name. Sighing he reaches out to grab his pocket watch, almost nine pm he arrives towards a certain well known shop. He opened the door and finds it completely empty, or so it seems. Walking right in he goes to grab at the black shinny phone, his hand hovering over the phone waiting for a call to come through.
"Hello little angel, or demon?" A creepy voice sounded from behind him. "I'm not sure what to call you."
"Hello Adrian." Michael called back as he stared at the phone.
"Not many people know of my identity." He said smiling his usual grin.
"Well I'm not many people." Michael said as he turned and smiled innocently.
"It seems so." The shop owner said as he walked around towards his counter and settled his elbows on the glossy wood.
His green orbs peeking through the many strands of hair covering his eyes from everyone. Michael still waiting he reaches into his pocket and sees only a single minute is left until nine o'clock is upon them. The seconds went by slowly as the retired reaper gazed at the strange mixed being, making Michael a bit anxious.
"What the hell do you want?" Michael snapped harshly as he turned his head towards the reaper with an irritated smile.
"Nothing just-." Before the reaper could speak the phone ringed, macking Michael answer not a second later.
"Hello~?" Michael said in a sing song voice, from the corner of his eye he saw the door open and close, followed by the shop's doorbell chime, signaling that a costumer has arrived, not making the effort of turning back he listened to the client on the phone.
"Uu-uuhm." An unsure voice rang through. "Are you the hit-hitman?"
"I sure am!" Michael said with a bright smile, even if his client couldn't see it. "What do you need me for?"
"M-my father's friend is trying to kill him, and he won't listen to my reason, can you help me out?" Listening more clearly he realised the voice to be of a young female. "What you need is a family counselor little girl, not a hitman." His voice leaking sarcasm.
"Tha-thats not what I called y-you for. Before he kills my father I want you to catch him in the act then kill him." The child stuttered profoundly and held her voice strong at the end.
"Alright." Michael said with a smile as he tilted his head.
"R-really?!" She said, hope in her voice.
"Well I'm a hitman, of course I'll do your bidding." Michael said as he chuckled, but oddly enough his voice turned cold and he spoke his next words. "But the price will be costly if you want me to catch him in the act to show your father, I only kill, not perform."
She stuttered even more as she felt the emotionless voice from the phone. Not paying much attention Michael turned with his face still bored looking and saw his special two people he would rather chain up and skin. Seeing them his face switched on at the speed of light as he waved cheerfully at the two newcomers. The boy doubled back and he looked at Michael dumbfounded by his sudden change of expression, but non the less he waved awkwardly at the hitman.
"500,000€." Hearing the multiple zeros he zoned back into the conversation.
"Well that does sound very pleasing, just name the time and place I'll be there to meet you and discuss in further detail." Michael said with a grin.
Ending the call after the talk continued he twirled around to meet the two creatures before him. He smirked at the demon, while it gave a disapproving frown. Looking towards the young master, the child just huffed and turned to the side with his head held high, making Michael chuckle and spoke with a grin. "My what a lovely sight to behold! The little Cub as well as the mama bear has giving me the honor of their presence."
"We do have names you know." The child said with a groan at the nickname he had been given since last week.
"Yes but you did forget to mention them." Michael chuckled and he then pouted, changing his expression remarkably and disturbingly fast. "So I had to improvise."
"I apologize on my Lord's behalf." The demon spoke with a bow, his right hand over his left breast pocket. "This is Ciel Phantomhive, heir to the Funtom corporation, I am Sebastian Michaelis, head butler of the Phantomhive heir."
"Nice to meet you Cub and mama bear." Michael said and smirked once he saw the two turn towards him with an irritated look. "Just because you told me your names doesn't mean I'll use them."
"Whatever." Ciel said with a sigh. "Undertaker!"
"Yes my Lord?" Adrian stepped out of his creepy shadows and have face to face with the child. "How may I help you on this fine beautiful night?"
"We need information on the bodies that have been dropping like flies lately." Ciel ordered.
"Bodies?" Michael said in confusion, but a single thought went through his mind. "Ah! You mean the sudden so called 'plague' that has been taking revenge for the failure so long ago?"
"Plague?" Ciel looked at Michael and began to think deeply. "It would seem like that, but the bodies have different symptoms."
"You sure are right my Lord." Undertaker said as he snapped his finger, making the selected coffins open up and reveal the bodies, a total of ten showed. "The rest are down below, but these are from today."
Ciel, Sebastian, and Michael took a look around the shop and examined the bodies. "They sure have different scars and residue from the plague long ago." Michael said.
"Wait a minute." Ciel stopped suddenly, and turned to the hitman. "This is official Queen business, you are not to see anything that is revealed in this room!"
"Oh?" Michael said with a smirk. "I didn't know his lordship likes to refer to himself as Queen, alright I get it, I'll see you whenever fate likes us to meet." Michael chuckled as he saw Ciel's face heat up from the ridiculous comment.
"That's not what I-" Ciel began but was cut off as Michael walked out of the shop.
Sebastian smiled, his eyes lingering more at the door than he needed or liked himself.
