Third person pov
As Dylan, Emma, and Abi are waiting for sunrise, Ryan tells them he's going to go look for the others, Dylan disappointed hugs him before he leaves. A few hours later, the sun starts to come up and cop cars start rolling in, A police officer walks up to Dylan, "hello sir, is there any other survivors inside?" She asks, "uh..Ryan Erzahler? Is he OK? He went looking for the others but he hasn't come back yet!" Dylan replies in a very worried tone. "It's ok sir, we'll find your husband" she states as she walks away, Dylan is red in the face and can't bring himself to tell her that they aren't even dating officially yet. As Nick comes walking up with Jacob, Emma and Abi rush over and hug them. Dylan can only worry about Ryan and Kaitlyn, what If Kaitlyn didn't make it? What if Ryan was in trouble? His best friend and his almost boyfriend are in danger and there's nothing he can do about it. As another cop car pulls up Dylan starts rushing over hoping to see Kaitlyn. Laura and Kaitlyn get out of the car before Kait is smothered in affection from Dylan, "OH MY GOSH!!! KAITLYN I THOUGHT I LOST YOU!!! YOU'RE OK!!!!!!" Dylan screams, "yeah..I missed you too, Lenivy" she replies, they both hug tightly before letting go. "You're lucky I love you so much otherwise I would've beaten your ass for hugging me like that." Kaitlyn says with a smile, "I know" Dylan says back.
Ryan starts walking up the driveway and almost instantly Dylan jumps into his arms hugging him tightly and wrapping his arms around the back of Ryan's neck, "calm down Lenivy, I'm not dead" Ryan smiles, "I still missed you!" He yells, "ok lovebug" Ryan says back, which makes Dylan smile. Seeing Ryan again made Dylan super happy, He didn't care what happened to him as long as he was with Ryan he would feel safe. "Sooo, do I get that phone number now?" Dylan asks, Ryan smiles and pretends to think, "hmmm...yeah I guess if I have to" he says rolling his eyes playfully. Dylan pulls out his phone and gives it to Ryan, Ryan then types in his number and gives the phone back to Dylan, in which he puts Ryan in his contacts as "Ry-guy🖤" then he texts him "Hiii😉", Ryan gets a ping on his phone and puts Dylan in his phone as "Lenivy💜" (Dylans favorite color is purple, Ryan's favorite color is black) Ryan smiles at the contact and the text Dylan sent. Ryan then pulls Dylan in by his waist and kisses him. When they finally pulls away Dylan looks at him in a flirty way, "huh your phone number and a kiss? I must be special or something" he says to Ryan, "careful Lenivy we still have a date after all" Ryan suggests back.
