Lizzie was dying to go inside. After all, she had been outside a long time. She and her mother walked inside, and then she saw her dad.
"Hi daddy," she said.
"Oh I missed you," he said. [how much u wanna bet he didn't]
"I missed you too." She said.
Lizzie's mother hurried to start the bath. Lizzie walked to her room to change into a bathrobe, then she walked into her bathroom. Her bath was already started and her mother was standing next to it.
"I'll leave you alone now."
"Mom, you could have just asked a butler or maid." [for what? to start a bath?]
"But Lizzie, Henry didn't come back with you, Daisy has the day off, and Bobby and Elizabeth are out of town." [they have exactly 4 servants in their ENTIRE castle.]
"Oh yeah."
"See you in the dining room for dinner," she said, and walked out the door.
Lizzie took of her bathrobe and stepped in the tub. She felt the warm water on her feet. She sat down in the bubbly water. After a half an hour she got out, dried off, put on her bathrobe, and went to her room to pick out a nice, soft, warm dress. She ended up picking her velvety, long-sleeved, light blue dress, with a turquoise-colored scarf and some velvety-red high-heeled boots. [what was i thinking] She wore her gold necklace with the emerald-gem-pendant. [that didn't need to be hyphenated] And once she got on her pearl bracelet, she walked down to the dining room. [i feel like that necklace/bracelet combo is enough to make someone barf]
Her mom and dad were sitting at the crystal table, with lounge chairs. [omg guys it's crystal] Betsy (the castle chef) walked over to the table.
"Why hello Lizzie, oops, Princess Lizzie." Said Betsy while setting down plates.
Lizzie looked down at her baked potatoes and loads of meat and peas. [i really just—chose all the foods i didn't like at the time and thought it would be royal lmao]
"Mmmm," she said she ate everything on her plate and when she was done, she went to her room and decided to call Abby on her old cell. [lizzie disappeared for a day with the butler who never returned, and she shows up randomly covered in dirt and stuff and her parents question her no further? ok then] She lost her other one in the limo. [we know] She dialed Abby's number and pressed the "call" button. She heard the phone ringing at the other end. Then Abby answered.
"Hi Liz," she exclaimed. [omfg this girl's family doesn't even have a fricken toilet but she has a phon.e?? why???]
"Hi," Lizzie answered. "Hey would you like to come over?"
"Sure, it's being great and all, to have come home, but now my parents are crowding me with questions. I had to literally 'escape from them' just to answer the phone!"
"I meant the whole family. You know, you just got home. They probably just want to be around you." [probably]
"You're right. I'll be right over! On second thought, you think you could just come and pick us up in your car?"
"Sure," Lizzie ended the call. She ran down to her parents room. "Mom, can you drive me to Abby's house, to bring her and her parents here?"
"Of course! We can celebrate her birthday!" Lizzie's mother exclaimed. [thx alana]
Lizzie and her mom went to tell Betsy to make the best cake ever! Lizzie and her dad went to get Abby's family, while Lizzie's mom made sure the cake was ready in time. [i just had the weirdest image of betsy making the cake while alana sticks her big fat nose into betsy's business and stares at her the whole time lmao] [also wasn't the mom gonna drive her]
Abby and her parents were delighted when they saw the cake.
"For your birthday!" Lizzie exclaimed.
"Happy late birthday!" Everybody shouted. "Now for your presents."
Lizzie was puzzled to find a pile of presents in front of her too. "Mom, why do I have presents?" Lizzie asked.
"Why for your homecoming, of course!" Lizzie's mother said, bewildered. [does she even know what happened yet w/ the forest and fairies and everything?]
"Oh," said Lizzie.
Abby was surprised at her first present: a card saying her and her family could move into the castle. Her next was a turquoise, capri-sleeved, lace dress. Third was a whole wardrobe of pretty dresses. [but like what was the point of that first dress if the rest of them were just shoved in a wardrobe anyway] Fourth was a bed as big as Lizzie's. That was it for Abby, but Lizzie got a beautiful and unique dress in each box. [what is up with the dresses??]
Abby and her parents went into the other room to talk about the invitation to move into the castle. They came back smiling, with their answer: Yes! So they moved in and everyone lived happily ever after!!
P.S. They also had to worry about Brian, The Giant! [thanks for that completely unrelated note]
