Friday Morning, Day 2
You woke up, and everything seemed normal now. You breathed a small sigh of relief, and prepared to get ready to leave.
You told yourself that what happened last night was just a result of your over active imagination, and nothing more than a nightmare.
You dressed, and told yourself you'd be going out to get the things you needed for the house. That would keep your mind occupied, and stop you from thinking too much.
You were going to push it all out of your mind, like it was nothing more than a bad dream...
As the engine of your car came to life, you leaned back in your seat and began writing out your list of what you wanted to buy.
It was simple things that you needed, cleaning supplies to try and freshen up the house, things to give the place a new lease of life.
You pull out of the garage, the door closing behind your car as you make the short fifteen minute drive to the store.
Living out here wasn't all that bad, the small residential area was away from the busy city but not so far out that it made it tiring to drive to the store.
You drove your car through the small residential area, enjoying how peaceful it was there. The sun was bright in the sky, and it was a pleasant view from behind the wheel.
You thought about just how nice it was living out here, compared to the city. The noise, the crowds... All of that was gone. The only thing that was left was the peaceful, calm sounds of the countryside.
You arrived at the store, and got out of the car to begin your shopping. It was a small store, nothing too big. The things you needed wouldn't be hard to find.
As your browsing the tea section, looking for any new variants they may have put up you feel that creeping feeling again, as if someone was staring at you.
As you walked through the store, the feeling of being watched began to creep over you worsened. You had always been a bit of an anxious person, especially when it came to being out in public places.
You felt uneasy, like something was off. You tried telling yourself that you were just being paranoid, nothing more, but it wasn't working.
Your eyes scanned the store, trying to see if you could spot anything unusual...
Nothing.
People chatted as they shopped, kids wailed at their mother's for forbidden sweets.. everything looked normal.
But the feeling of eyes on you, it wouldn't leave. You couldn't see anything, but you felt as though someone was watching you as you shopped.
There were other people in the store, other people around you, but it was as if someone was specifically watching you. You couldn't shake the feeling, despite everything around you being normal.
You go through the self checkout, bagging your items quickly and going out to your car.
You had parked somewhat away from the crowd of parked cars, in the open under a light post that had a camera, a nervous habit of yours.
