PAUL'S POV
Nina left to go to the mall with Candice. I had a surprise for her. Since we couldn't go on a date today because it was raining I'm going to set up a date here. I got dressed in dark jeans and a black button up shirt. I put some boots on and went to my car.
I drove to the store. I got out of my car and went in. I have to get rose peddles. I got them and checked out. I went back to my car and drove back to the apartment.
I went in the apartment. We already have candles here so I didn't have to buy them. I started making a trail from the front door to her bedroom in rose peddles. I put the candles in line with the trail.
In her room I made a heart out of rose peddles on the floor. I wonder for the surprise if Nina would like me naked or in clothes. I'm going to keep my clothes on because I want it to be special. I looked at my phone and saw that Nina texted me.
It said she was on her way home. The date was ready and now I have to wait for her. I grabbed a red rose and held it in my hand. I sat on the bed and I heard the door open. I smiled to myself.
NINA'S POV
I walked through the apartment door. All the lights were turned off but there was candles making a path on the floor. What is this? "Paul!" I yelled. I didn't hear anything.
I followed the path and it led to my bedroom. I saw that there were rose peddles too. He planned this. I was about to cry. He still did this for me. I opened my bedroom door and saw Paul sitting on my bed with a rose in his hand.
I smiled while a tear rolled down my cheek. I saw that there was a heart made out of rose peddles on the floor. "Hi baby." He said with a smile. "Hi." I said as tears rolled down my face but I still smiled at him.
"Don't cry baby." He said and walked over to me. He wrapped his arms around me. "I love you." I said. "I love you too." He said and kissed me. "This is for you." He said and handed me the rose.
I grabbed the rose out of his hand. "Thanks." I said as more tears rolled down my face. He kissed my lips and then my cheek. I smiled and kissed him. He kissed me back.
