**Aman's POV**
"I sat at my desk, staring at the physics problem that had me locked in a fierce battle of wits. The laws of the universe, or at least my understanding of them, were conspiring against me, and I couldn't help but feel like they were enjoying my struggle. Seriously, this physics homework had turned into a formidable opponent, one that seemed to be laughing at me with every force and motion equation."
"As I furrowed my brow in concentration, I couldn't help but let out an exasperated sigh.
(Gosh, I'm pretty sure my textbook is laughing at me right now. Come on, physics, don't be so mean!)""But then, as I sighed in frustration, my mind decided to take a detour into the realm of brown eyes. Yes, brown eyes. Specifically, Mehul's warm, brown eyes. (Why do I keep thinking about those brown eyes? Maybe I've been studying quantum entanglement for too long.)"
"I remembered the first day of class when Mehul had walked in, looking like a mix of nervous and friendly. (I was probably the awkward one who mumbled 'hi' while pretending to be invisible.)
I was in my own world as usual, but he introduced himself with that genuine, welcoming tone. His voice, accompanied by those twinkling brown eyes, had left an impression that I couldn't shake. It was like someone had suddenly switched on a spotlight in my otherwise dim and unnoticed life.""Since that day, things had been different. Mehul and I had become friends, and our interactions had a certain, well, gravitational pull. (Okay, this is cheesy, but physics humor is my jam.)"
"That's when Mehul, my unsuspecting physics hero, leaned over, and our arms brushed. (My heart might have done a mini somersault. Or was it just gas?)"
"I'm not saying I blushed, but, well, let's just say it wasn't entirely an accident. (Why is my face doing the human version of a strobe light right now?)"
And as I sat there, once again contemplating the physics problem in front of me, I couldn't help but wonder about the equation of my own heart. (Is it possible to calculate the gravitational attraction between two nerds in love? Asking for a friend.)
Since that day, things had been different. Mehul and I had become friends, and our interactions had a certain, well, spark. We shared notes, collaborated on class projects, and even discussed our hopes and dreams. It was a refreshing change from the usual classroom solitude I had grown accustomed to.
But what really stood out was what happened two days ago....
