By the end of the school day I have no idea if Jai and I are still going on the date so I call him.

No answer. Weird.

Whatever I reach for my keys and unlock my front door greeted like usual by my little babies bouncing up and down wanting me to pet them. Giggling I pet each of them and make my way to the kitchen. Mom's there typing away on her computer. Rolling my eyes I go upstairs not wanting to be bothered.

One missed call Luke

I change into sweats and a tank top and call Luke back ring ring ring ring ring ring

"Andrea, Beau and Jai got into a car accident before school they took Cameron and Nash's motorcycles in the morning I thought they were going to be fine I should've known something was up when they didn't show up FUCKKK get here it's the hospital by the shopping center hurry please" I could barely understand Luke as he explained what happened but I understood clearly enough that my friends needed me. I hurry and fly out the door without saying anything to mom and speed out the driveway to the hospital.

Entering the hospital I ask for Jai Brooks and the nurse asks me who I am and I get nasty as fuck but she isn't given in so I just say his cousin. I practically run to his room on the fourth floor, I took the steps that's how nervous and how bad I needed to get there. I enter the room seeing Luke by a very beaten up Jai. Gina must be with Beau in the other room. Tears start to fall down my face Jai has a scratched up face and you could see dry blood on his arms a pretty horrific scene.

His eyes are closed must be sleeping. Luke sees me and stands up pulling me in a hug.

"I called the other boys they're on their way I told them to ask for Beau first thought you'd might want some time with Jai" his voice is low he was crying. I wrap my arms tightly around Luke. He smelled like Luke he has his own scent I can't even explain it. Getting back to my thoughts I ask Luke "Did you atleast call Chelsey for Beau." He nods still in my arms.

I have the urge to ask is Jai going to make it..

I don't though Luke is already upset and I have a feeling I don't want to know if Jai's going to be okay, likely the answer will ruin everything. I feel someones presence it's Gina James and Daniel. I break free from Luke and go to Gina she pulls me into a hug friendly warm and motherly.

I excuse myself and make my way to Beau his hospital room has the shades open revealing the cloudy grey sky, hmmm matches everyone's mood.

I go to Beau's bed he isn't injured as bad as Jai only a few cuts here and there but still hurt. I touch his cheek and a tear slides from my eye to my lips more and more tears. I grab his hand and pull a chair to the side of his bed.

I speak out loud to him..

"I don't know if you're in a coma or how badly you're hurt but do me a favor and stay strong elephant shoe" I smile and speak again "Hopefully you're just napping I'm not going to even ask why you were on a motorcycle because we both know that I'll kill you for even riding one Love you bud." I kiss Beau's hand and placr in gently.

I sit in the corner of his hospital room by the window and look at the grey sky watching raindrops starting to fall from the clouds slowing drifting to a sleep.
