Burden

Sorry this is another short one that i've just quickly wrote. I've also only quickly read back through this once so i apologise for any mistakes! Hope you enjoy!

the rain fell from the sky as 6 members of the sidemen waited for the final boy to show up. They were supposed to start shooting nearly an hour ago, yet the youngest member of the group, Harry, had not arrived yet and none of the other boys had been able to get in contact with them. As time passed by, the 6 boys grew incredibly worried about Harry.

"straight to voicemail again" announced Josh after his 4th attempt of calling Harry. "What if somethings happened to him? i've messaged the cal's and they said he left the flat ages ago. It only takes 10 minutes to drive here" Ethan said, more anxiety growing the more they spoke about the other boy. They called Harry again but it went straight to voicemail. Then there was a loud bang. Thunder. Harry hated thunder. The loud noise it creates has always terrified him ever since he was a young child. "Oh no... He's scared of thunder. I think we need to go look for him." Tobi announced. But then, the front door of the sidemen house opened. A soaking wet, shivering and crying harry walked into the house. "HARRY!" someone shouted. But the younger boy couldn't tell who it was as he was too focused on how cold and uncomfortable he was. The 6 boys ran over to Harry, embracing him in a tight hug, none of them caring about getting wet. They brought him futher in the house, taking him over to the living room. Vik and Tobi decided to make hot chocolates for everyone, JJ gathered lots of pillows and blankets so they could all get comfortable, and Simon went to get harry some clean clothes. Simon picked out his own clothes for Harry, knowing that he likes to wear the other boys' clothes when he's upset. Ethan and Josh quickly ran Harry a hot shower and helped him get washed whilst the other boys set up a cosy space in the living room with the blankets and pillows JJ had gathered, adding some fairy lights around so they could turn the big light off and close the curtains, but still have a bit of light so they could see. As Harry was getting out the shower with the help of Ethan and Josh, Simon slipped in the bathroom, bringing the clean clothes so Harry could get changed. All 7 of the boys got comfortable in the fort that JJ, Vik and Tobi made, pulling blankets over themselves and cuddling into each other. They sat in an awkward silence for a couple minutes, before Simon spoke up. "So.... What happened then Bog?"
"Well... i started to walk over because i don't have my c-car and it was raining but i still decided to o-only bring my hoodie. The rain started to get really h- heavy and it was really windy which slowed me down a lot, and i had to take a bit of a break because i was too c- cold to walk. So then i was sat in the rain before i started walking again. But as i got towards the house, i- i heard thunder so i started running over here..." Harry explained, stuttering every now and again from being nervous. "Why didn't you ring one of us? I would've picked you up when i was on my way over here?" Questioned JJ. "yeah, even if we had all gotten here, we would've drove back to come and get you so you didn't have to walk in the rain" Vik said. "i dunno... i- i just didn't want to be a burden to anyone" Harry whispered. "A burden!? Harry you could never be a burden to any of us, we all love you so much" said JJ, and all the other boys nodded in agreement. "i was just scared that yous would get annoyed at me or think i was a burden..." "Harry... I mean this when i say this, You will never EVER be a burden to any of us, so don't ever think that. All we want is for you to be happy and safe with us. So if that means we have to drive hours to come pick you up from somewhere or to drop you off somewhere, we will do it. Because we all love you more than anything else in this world" said Tobi. Hearing this made Harry fill up with happiness and he cuddled up into the other boys. For the rest of the afternoon, they lay there, cuddling and talking until they had food and went to sleep in their cute little fort.
