this is another short story but i wanted to write it to kind of spread a bit of awareness about mental health issues. i'm going to probably write a longer and better version of this story soon but for now i've just quickly wrote a short one. Remember, it's ok not to be ok, but it's not ok to suffer in silence. if you're struggling alone please tell someone you can trust or ask for help, wether it's ur friends or ur family or a professional. i know it's not the easiest thing to do. anyways, i hope u enjoy this short story and remember to stay safe! 💗

Harry was a young man who had been battling his inner demons for as long as he could remember. His days were clouded with anxiety and depression, a constant weight on his shoulders. Despite his struggles, Harry was determined to put on a brave face and hide his pain from the world.
Fortunately, Harry had a group of loyal friends who stood by him through thick and thin. Tobi, Josh, Vik, Simon, Ethan, and JJ had known Harry for years and had witnessed his highs and lows. They knew that behind his smiles and laughter, Harry was silently suffering.
It was one sunny afternoon when Tobi had began to notice Harry's unusual behavior. They were at their favorite coffee shop, sipping on their coffees and hot chocolates, when Tobi saw the sadness that lingered in Harry's eyes. Concerned, he reached out to his friend.
"Hey Harry, is everything alright?" Tobi asked, his voice filled with genuine worry.
Harry mustered up a weak smile and replied, "Yeah, Tobi, I'm fine. Just having a rough day."
Knowing Harry all too well, Tobi didn't buy the dismissive response. He understood the weight Harry carried and knew that he needed their help now more than ever.
Tobi reached out to the rest of their friends, sharing his concerns about Harry's deteriorating mental health. The group immediately sprang into action, devising a plan to support their struggling friend as soon as they possibly could.
Over the next few weeks, each friend took turns spending time with Harry, doing activities that they know he enjoyed. They took him hiking, sight seeing, played a few video games, and even organised movie nights. No matter what they did, Harry continued to reassure them that he was fine, refusing to admit his emotional turmoil.
One evening, as the group sat around Harry's living room, Ethan couldn't hold back any longer. He couldn't watch Harry pretend to be okay when they knew he was anything but okay.
"Harry, we can see through your façade," he said gently, his voice filled with worry. "We know you're hurting. It's okay to lean on us, you can trust us."
Harry's eyes filled with tears, his trembling hands betraying his emotions. "I didn't want to burden any of you," he whispered, voice full of sadness.
Josh spoke up, his voice holding a mixture of determination and love. "Harry, you're not a burden. We care about you and want to help. Please, let us in."
The room fell silent as Harry struggled with all his emotions. The weight of his anxiety and depression seemed almost unbearable. Slowly, he realized that his friends' love and support were stronger than the darkness that consumed him.
With tears streaming down his face, Harry finally let go. He sobbed while he shared his fears, his pain, and his struggles with his friends. Vulnerability became his greatest strength as he allowed himself to be comforted and supported by his favourite people in the whole world. He loved these boys with his whole heart, so he decided to do everything he could to get better, just for his boys.
From that day forward, the six friends rallied around Harry in full force. They encouraged him to seek professional help and accompanied him to therapy sessions. They educated themselves about anxiety and depression, ensuring they could offer the support that Harry needed.
Together, Harry and his friends embarked on a journey of healing and growth as individuals, and as a group. It was not an easy path, filled with ups and downs, but they faced each hurdle together. They learned how to celebrate the small victories and how to defeat the darkness that harry was once consumed by, and their bond grew stronger with each passing day.
As time went on, Harry began to see the glimmers of hope that had once seemed so distant. Through the unwavering support of his friends, he started to rebuild his life, one step at a time.
Harry may have thought that he was protecting his friends by hiding his pain, but in reality, it was his friends who saved him. His boys. Their love, understanding, and support pulled him away from the abyss, reminding him that he was never alone and he would never have to be.
In the end, Harry came to understand that it wasn't weakness to ask for help and you shouldn't suffer in silence. It was an act of courage. He honored his journey by sharing his story to his fans, who were very understanding of his downfall, and he offered hope to others who might be silently suffering.
And so, the tale of Harry and his six extraordinary friends became an inspiration, reminding us all that even in our darkest moments, the light of friendship can guide us home.
