Meeting My Twin

The boy Annabeth and I were watching woke up several times during the night but never fully awoke. He was drooling a lot and especially after Annabeth gave him some more ambrosia, she was smirking as she wiped the drool and leftover ambrosia of his face. What's weird is I'm pretty sure he was talking about barnyard animals in his sleep. But good news is, he is definitely a Half Blood, otherwise he would have died after I gave him the first bit of ambrosia. Then while Annabeth and I were talking I saw him starting to wake. I quickly nudged her and pointed to him and she went right in his face as he opened his eyes.

"What will happen at the summer solstice?" She quickly asked. I heard him managed to croak out a small "What?" Annabeth looked around, as if Chiron would overhear us, then I sat down next to her and said "What's going on? What was stolen? We've only got a few weeks!"

"I'm sorry," the boy mumbled, "I don't..."Then someone knocked on the door which startled me and Annabeth quickly filled his mouth with some leftover pudding we had, then the boy passed out again.

"Come in" I said,

 and in came Grover and Luke, Annabeth definitely likes Luke which I find kind of weird since he is a lot older than her but she said not to mention it so I don't.

 "Hey Alex, Annabeth, Chiron told me and Grover to watch the kid here so you guys can train or sleep or whatever. You okay with that?" He asked

"Yeah, I could sure use some sleep," said Annabeth while her face being bright red, how she stayed calm I have no idea.

 "Ok, cool let's go, bye Luke, bye Grover." I said, Grover said a quick "bye" then with a smirk on my face I grabbed Annabeth's hand, 

"What was that Annie?" I said once we got outside

"Let's not talk about it," she replied "Let's just train for now."

"Ok ready to get your but kicked again." 

"Oh that was one time."

"No it was 18 times out of the 30 we have done." I said

"But you cheated"

"No I didn't."

"Yes you did, you used your powers,"

"Chiron said we were allowed to,"

"So?" Annabeth asked,

"So, not cheating." I replied

"Is too,"

"Is not,"

"Is Too,"

"Is Not,"

"IS TOO!"

"IS NOT!"

"AGREE TO DISAGREE?" she offered

"FINE!" I accepted.

Annabeth and I were leaning on the porch rail, watching Mr D and Chiron talking about the prophecy, I was still confused about everything. Did I have a brother? Why was I never told about him? What's going to-

"Mr Brunner!" I heard someone yell, I looked and it was the boy who Annabeth and I looked after.

"Ah, good, Percy," Chiron said. "Now we have four for pinochle." He offered the boy a chair next to Mr D, who was looking at the boy weird and sighed. "Oh, I suppose I must say it. Welcome to Camp Half-Blood. There Now don't except me to be glad to see you." he said. I don't know if it was just me, but it didn't really seem like a very welcoming welcome to me.

"Annabeth? Alexandra?" Chiron said to Annabeth and I, we came forward and Chiron introduced us to the boy. "These young ladies nursed you back to health, Percy. Annabeth, Alexandra, my dears, why don't you go check on Percy's bunk? We'll be putting him in cabin eleven for now."So that's his name Percy.

Annabeth said "Sure, Chiron."

"We'll get to it." I said, I glanced at the Minotaur horn in Percy's hands, then back at him and I saw Annabeth do the same.

 Then she said "You drool when you sleep." I started laughing then we ran off down the lawn. Once we arrived at the Hermes cabin I was still laughing, 

"Ok, Annie I know he drooled a lot but you didn't have to tell him that when you just met him." I told Annabeth. 

"Oh, I know, I just wanted to make him feel embarrassed, but did you see that Minotaur horn, it was huge!" She replied

"I know right, but his bunk looks all good here you want to go train some more." I asked.

"Yeah sure let's go." She answered.

"Cool let's go." I said while grabbing her hand and running to the training room. 

A/N I am trying to do each one of my chapters a chapter from the book, but from Alex's POV so some will be longer than others. Hope you are enjoying it so far.
