I'll be using elements from both the game and manga version of Twisted Wonderland for this story. So if you're planning on playing the game or read the manga, I suggest you wait to read this story, because it goes without saying that there will be Twisted Wonderland spoilers here!

Why I'm writing this story; I've been seeing a lot of fun Twisted Wonderland fan fiction stories with characters of different shows and movies playing the part of Yuu/MC. So I decided to join the fun and write one with the two main characters (+ favorite character) from my favorite anime series, Mysterious Joker, for the part of Yuu/MC. Plus, I'm hoping that more people will become interest in this anime/manga.

What is Mysterious Joker? It's a series that follows the adventures of a phantom thief named Kaitou Joker, who goes around the world stealing treasures with his apprentice Hachi, while facing off against the police, his phantom thief rivals, brilliant detectives, and dangerous enemies. Mysterious Joker is my favorite anime/manga because it has a great storyline. The perfect balance of comedy, mystery, and adventure. And most of the characters have their own fun design + personalities. The manga was written and illustrated by Hideyasu Takahashi through the years 2007 to 2017, with 26 volumes (133 chapters) published. But sadly, only 77 chapters have been translated to English, and nobody has translated it for two years. An anime adaptation produced by Asatsu DK, animated by Shin-Ei Animation, written by Dai Satō, and directed by Yukiyo Teramoto aired in Japan from October 6, 2014, to January 5, 2015. The anime has 4 seasons with 52 episodes in total. If any of you are interested in watching the anime before or after reading this fan fiction story, the first three seasons can be watched for free on YouTube, here's the first episode of Season 1 (it saids it Eng dub, but it's actually the English Subtle version, which is better);
This series also has 4 game books, a 3DS game, 2 CD dramas, and 7 light novels.

Please know that the first chapter of the Prologue Book will be based off the first chapter of Mysterious Joker light novel "The Night the Silver Cape is Set Ablaze". And I have kaitoujokerscans permission to use their English translation of the light novel for this story.
This fan fiction story takes place after season 4 of the anime, and after the CD drama "The Shining Night On Air". And there will be mentions (+ easter eggs) of stuff that happen in both the anime, manga, and some of the other specials. So I highly recommend that you wait to read this story if you're planning on watching (or reading) Mysterious Joker.
