"Maaan... How did I end up in this mess? I swear, I have the worst luck." Ace said
"That's what I should be saying!" Joker yelled as he finally got freed from Ace and Deuce's grip "I don't see why I have to come too!"
"As Night Raven College's handymen, we should've perverted the statue from being ruined in the first place. So, it only makes sense that we help them!" Hachi said as he took off his pink apon.
"We don't have time to complain. Let's go." Deuce said, walking over to the Mirror of Darkness "Dark Mirror! Take us to Mt. Dwarf!"
In that next moment, a strong force pulled the group into the mirror as a bight white light engulfed them. When the light faded, the group found themselves in the middle of a forest in the mountains.
"This is Mt. Dwarf? It's kinda eerily quite here." Hachi said, nervously looking around.
"Maybe a ghost will pop out and haunt~ youuuu~" Joker said with a spooky voice.
"D-don't joke around, Joker-san! We should hurry to the mine before it gets dark." Hachi said
"I agree! the sooner we get there, the better." Deuce said as he and Hachi began walking down the forest path.
"Let's get this over with." Ace said boredly, following behind Deuce and Hachi.
"By the way, do any of you actually know where the mine entrance is?" Joker asked, making the rest of the group stop mid-step "Because I don't."
"I-I'm sure Deuce-san knows, right?" Hachi asked Deuce.
"No... How about you, Ace?" Deuce asked Ace.
"No clue." Ace said
"..................."
"WE TOTALLY FORGOT TO ASK THE HEADMAGE FOR DIRECTIONS!" Hachi, Deuce, and Ace simultaneously yelled in realization.
"I was in such a rush to get here that it completely slipped my mind." Deuce said
"But you think the Headmage would've at least given us a map before we left." Ace said
"What should we do? We could end up getting lost if we just wonder around." Hachi said
"Hosshi! Hosshi!" Hosshi called out, getting everyone's attention.
"What's wrong, Hosshi?" Hachi asked before Hosshi ran into the bushes.
"Maybe he found something?" Deuce guessed as the group walked over to the bushes.
On the other side of the bushes, the group discovered a rundown cottage in front of a small river.
