A bus stops in front of the bus stop and the two friends stand up and enter the bus. They walk down the aisle and sit next to each other in the way back of the bus.

The bus ride is an hour long, (A/N, yes. Bus rides can be an hour long) so Tommy is able to relax while he waits. Well, he hopes he can. Some younger kids soon start to enter the bus and  point and laugh at Tommy and Purpled.

"The fuck's their problem?" Tommy shoves Purpled's shouldero and flips the immature children off while rolling his eyes.

Purpled looks around and sees the annoying children. "Oh. A bunch of people at this school like to talk shit about others. Don't worry though, they'll get bored eventually." Tommy sighs and nods his head. He closes his eyes and leans against the window tiredly. "I wouldn't recommend doing that. Some people are gross and like to.. just don't put your head on the window, k?"

Tommy lets out a few incoherent cusses as he puts his head in his hands. Manburg already seems like shit.

Tommy and Purpled arrive at school on time and Tommy beams when he figures out that the school allows the students to decorate their lockers, the staff are nice and actually care for the students, and the place is surprisingly clean.

He feels his smile widen as he receives his schedule and compares it to Purpled's. It doesn't take long for the two to start celebrating that they have all classes together.

Tommy feels an arm going around his shoulder and he turns to see Purpled grinning at him. "We have a free period first. Do you wanna see my friends? I think they'll like you." Tommy doesn't say anything, but it's clear in his eyes that he wants to.

Purpled chuckled and Purpled types something on his phone while they enter the schools library.

"Holy shit, this is better than the one at my old school," Tommy says as he admires the godly amount of books stacked on clean wooden shelves. Purpled chuckles at the reaction and gently grabs Tommy's wrist, dragging him to an almost completely hidden corner.

The corner is similar to the one back at the old school, but it's slightly different. It has two couches on both ends of a long coffee table with comfortable looking bean bags on the sides of it. There's a candle on the table that illuminates the corner and adds a decent scent to the wooden filled library.

It also reminds Tommy of his secret hideout at his old school, but he says nothing as he looks at the group of people in front of him. "Hey! My name's Tommy, but you guys can call me Tom."

The group stares at Tommy for a while before they all begin to introduce themselves.

"I'm Bitzel," A boy with brown hair and a mismatched outfit says as he rests one of his legs on the other.

The person on the left of Bitzel extends his hand for Tommy to shake and speaks next. "I'm Luke, you can call me Luke- or something." A blonde boy with a gray sweater and black cargo pants says. He seems fashionable.

A person laughs from the corner and he smiles when Tommy looks towards him. "I'm Wisp. Sorry for Luke, he's a weirdo." Tommy chuckles lightly at the rude remark and takes a seat next to Purpled on a random couch.

Bitzel looks at Tommy weirdly and cocks an eyebrow. "Why'd you transfer here? If it's the classic, "I just moved here" type of thing, then forget it."

Tommy lets out a small chuckle and sighs. Should he lie to them? He doesn't really have a reason to, but what if they find him boring?

A few seconds of silence pass and Tommy sighs again. He doesn't have much to hide, so he may as well tell them what happened.
