Olivia steps into her shared dorm with Astoria,and begins unpacking.She starts with he clothes from her bigger suitcase,along with her toiletries that lay in the bottom,then she takes out items from her carry-on.

As all her belongings are now put away neatly in her dorm,she sits on her bed with her book and waits for Astoria to arrive.

Astoria barges through the door,out of breath, and stands still for a few moments to catch her breath. "Hello" She inhales sharply "Olive" She exhaled. "Hello Astoria" Olivia chuckles at Astorias timing. Astoria Greengrass was a lot like Olivia,only she didn't value her work or time.Or anyone else's time for that matter. Astoria was kind hearted,and never made anyone feel less than.

As Astoria unpacks her belongings she makes conversation with Olivia. "Sorry we were with you on the train.we sat somewhere else today"Astoria says,avoiding eye contact with Olivia. "I'm sorry?" Olivia said, "Pansy and I. We decided to sit somewhere else." Astoria says,moving things around. "Oh,well that's fine. I'm sure no one minds" Olivia reassures the girl.

"How come you didn't write back?" Olivia questions the girl. Astoria, mid way through applying her lipstick,puts it down and gives her a sympathetic look through the mirror. "I was busy, I apologise" Astoria says. Olivia knows this isn't the reason,but she's smart enough not to show it. "Okay" she smiles at Astoria and continues reading her book.

While reading,Olivia can't help but feel somewhat anxious about the year ahead of her.She's very aware of her lack of knowledge on Herbology as Mattheo and Theo like to tease her about it. She begins to read the notes Tom Riddle gave her for the lesson so she can revise a little bit before their first lesson. "Merlin I am so hungry." Astoria says as she tips her head back in her chair. Olivia chuckles at the girls attempt to clear the silence. "Dinner is soon,I think you can wait"Olivia says ,making Astoria groan.

Astoria walks over and sits next to Olivia on the bed "Ooo who is this from" Gesturing to the letter,unaware that they're revision notes, and not love letters. "If you must know,these are herbology notes from Tom Riddle"Olivia replies,making Astoria jump up. "Tom Riddle as in Mattheo Riddles brother?" Astoria asks,practically shouting. "Yes?" Olivia says,not getting what Astoria is hinting. "Mattheo is so fine! Please tell me your also friends with him!" Astoria pleads. Olivia scrunches her nose , "No, I am not friends with Riddle! Theo is but I can't stand the boy. In fact he is quite rude to me." Olivia tells Astoria, who is visibly upset by this. "Ugh fine. I'll have to become friends with your brother, so Mattheo can notice me." Astoria tells the girl, who sits up. "You will do no such thing! Using my brother is one thing but getting with that foul beast is another! And stop calling him 'Mattheo' you haven't met him, you're barely on first name basis!" Olivia tells a very annoyed Astoria. "Fine!If you don't want me to have him so bad why don't you?!" Astoria says. Olivia is visibly disgusted by this remark , "Why would I want Riddle?He hates me! Why should I feel the need to chase after something that will never happen which ,by the way, you should stop chasing too!" Olivia shouts, not noticing Astoria ignoring her.

Astoria opens the door for her sister Daphne and her friend Pansy Parkinson, all familiar faces to Olivia. But not friends. The three girls greet eachother and hold a conversation,excluding Olivia. Olivia exits the room,and as she does so she hears her name along with Mattheos name through the door. She decides not to interfere and continues walking.

Olivia reaches the Slytherin common room and takes a seat with her book. Unaware of anything but the pages,Olivia doesn't see that Mattheo has taken a seat on the couch adjacent to her. Mattheo leans forward and taps her knee, "What book is that?" He asked. Olivia furrows her brows at the boy and looks around as if searching for hidden friends incase this was a joke. "It's called Little Women. Have you read it?" She tells Mattheo,holding the book so he can clearly see the cover. Mattheo sits for a second, deciding wether or not to be sarcastic or genuine. "No. Is it good?" Mattheo questions. Olivia,surprised by this approach from him answers "I enjoy it,here" She hands Mattheo the book, "You can read it, I have left some notes in the margins" He smiles at the girl and puts the book into his bag. "Thanks Via." Olivia recoils at the use of 'Via' ,only Mattheo has ever used it. "Welcome, Riddle" Olivia says, leaning to the table to look for a new book. "Mattheo?" He says, almost pleading. Olivia sighs and gives him a fake smile , "You're so welcome ,Mattheo.".

Theodore then walks into the common room and takes a seat next to Mattheo. "I saw Parkinson go into your dorm.Are you friends with her" Theo asks Olivia ,who puts her new book down,to engage in the conversation. "Wouldn't dream of it. Why's that?" Olivia furrows her brows and smirks,knowing he has a crush on Parkinson. "Uhh just making sure your safe and not with strangers."Theo is quick with excuses,but not skilled at them. Lorenzo was next to walk into the common room, taking a seat beside me. "I'm so hungry I could eat a horse" Lorenzo groans. Everyone chuckles at this and begin to wait for the last person to arrive, Tom Riddle.

Tom walks through the doors and towards them but he doesn't take a seat, "The great hall is ready, We can eat now"Tom tells everyone. Tom is extremely gifted, he tutors half of the Slytherins. Tom and Olivia have taken a liking to eachother, due to sharing familiar traits. The group walks to the Great hall and sits at their spots on the Slytherin row.
