'Why mommy a shout so man', I woke up mumbling to myself
I grabbed my phone off the night stand to check to the just to see that its 5:45am.
Shitttt mi alarm no go off this morning so theres no way mi ago catch the bus. Imagine it's the first day of school and I'm already late.
I called my Bus driver telling him to not wait for me this morning because I woke up late and wont make it this morning but I'll catch him later.
I hissed walking downstairs to see my mom dishing out breakfast while singing with her EarPods in.
"Mommy good morning" I said while sitting down at the table
She turned to me with a slight glare
"See how long mi a try wake you and you up deh a draw sheet and now you a come down here a come bex up bex up you self ". She hissed while turning to give me a plate with eggs bacon and pancakes.

When I finished getting ready it was 6:50am and I still had to wait on a taxi to get school before 8:10am.
Today was my first day of grade 11 at the Edwin Allen High School.
I transferred here in grade nine from Immaculate because my mom found a better Job to work at the Maypen Hospital and we didn't want to turn down any opportunities.
Why did she choose to live in kellits instead of Chapelton or Maypen...I have no idea but I like it here so I don't mind
It was just me, my mom and my aunt which was currently overseas.
My dad left when I was smaller for a reason my mom doesn't want to share, she just kept saying "if he wanted to, he would" so I stopping asking.
Weirdly tho my aunt is my dad's sister and she has been nothing but a blessing to me and my mom even tho her brother decided to leave us and ofc I love her so much.
