"How the hell are we married!" Leni screamed again. "Can you please stop screaming for just one second?! Sumasakit lalo ang ulo ko sayo!" He retorted.

"Oh so you want to stay calm. Okay Bongbong, so how come we are fucking married?" She said it in her most sarcastic voice. "I don't know Gerona. Diba parehas tayong lasing?" He combat in his sarcastic voice also.

"I - I mean is that even legal? We are both not in our right minds? Paano tayo makakasal?" She asked.

Bongbong scoffed, "haven't you heard that all people who get married in Vegas are drunk. How long have you been here in US?" Bongbong asked then look around the hotel and decided to eat the complimentary breakfast.

"How are you so calm about this?" Leni asked while staring at Bongbong who's eating a pancake with bacon. "Mas masarap pa rin ang corned beed at tapa ng pilipinas as breakfast" he said, dismissing her questions.

"Enough!" Leni asked as she grab the plate to Bongbong to make him stop and talk to her properly, "ano ba! Kumakain ako eh!" He said and tried to get the plate again, "may gana ka pang kumain after all this?! Bakit ba sobrang kampante mo ha!" she screamed again.

Bongbong wipe his lips, "haven't you heard of divorce or kaya annulment? Baliw na baliw ka dyan ang dali dali ng problema mo" Bongbong said, Leni suddenly turned quiet and Bongbong took the opportunity to get the plate to her.

He was busy eating when suddenly he heard Leni's crying. Bongbong doesn't know what to do but to approach her, "ano ba? Bat ka umiiyak dyan?" Bongbong asked but Leni continued to cry, Bongbong's started to get panic so he gets a tissue and gave it to her. "Tahan na Gerona, ngayon din mag punta tayo sa divorce attorney tapos ipa divorce natin yan" he said.

"So easy for you to say..." she said and wipe her tears, "madali lang yung process nun, I will asked my lawyer about it kahit hindi mo na kailangan sumama sa court, pipirma ka nalang" he said.

Leni stood up, "I am currently on probation. Ibig sabihin hindi ako pwede mag karoon ng katiting na pag kakamali kung hindi i dedeport ako. Kapag nalaman ng embassy na nag pakasal ako at nag divorce within 24 hours, i-question nila 'yan"

Bongbong just shrugged, "Edi let's wait for 3 years then let's get a divorce" Leni gave him a sharp look, "lahat talaga sayo biro?! Wala kasing mawawala sayo at- atsaka saan ako kukuha ng pang gastos para dyan sa divorce na 'yan? Nakiki tira lang ako sa friend ko sa New York"

"I can handle that" Bongbong said. Leni finally looked at Bongbong and saw that he is filthy rich. He's wearing a very expensive suite and watch. "Do you want to grab some coffee?" Bongbong asked.

"No—"

"Come on let's talk about this" Bongbong said.

"Can't we talk about this here?"

Bongbong gave her a dead look, "no ma'am, I need to go outside or we are going to do what we have done last night"

Leni felt her blood boiling again, "what the fuck is wrong with you?!"

"Hey! You are my wife" but then Leni throw a glass at him that he immediately avoided. Leni ran to hit him again with pillow but in her surprise Bongbong laughing. "Enough! I am just kidding Gerona" he said.

Leni stopped, "but seriously, let's go out" he said.

She did not respond and gave him a sharp look but then she just went to the restroom to get ready. Bongbong look around and saw her things, he noticed that in her luggage, she has a lot of art materials.

"You like to paint" he said loudly so Leni could hear him in the bathroom. "Stop looking at my things" she said then went out. Bongbong looked at her from head to toe, she's wearing a jeans and a tshirt but he can see the shape of her body.

Leni is a kind of average woman but to him, she's the most beautiful woman that ever existed. "You look great" he said genuinely but Leni just gave him a dirty look, "shut up. Let's go"

They walked together even though they don't know where to go, "Gaano ka na nga katagal dito?" Bongbong asked.

"2 years" he was surprised that Leni answered. "How about you?" She asked.

"I actually live here. I am an American citizen" he replied. Leni look around and saw a hotdog stand, "mag sandwich nalang tayo" she said. Bongbong cannot say that he hasn't tried one of those but he's eager to know the taste.

As a child, every time he saw a hotdog stand while in his luxurious car, he always wanted to try those but his mom never let him. Aside from, they don't have time to stop, it is dirty, well according to his mom.

Leni ordered two hotdog but when he was about to pay Leni gave a cash and smiled and thank the vendor. "Bat di mo ko ngini-ngitian ng ganun?" He asked. Leni scoffed and they walk more and saw Lorenzi Park.

It has a bench facing the lake. Leni sit there and Bongbong followed. "Do you work here?" Bongbong asked.

"Yes, I'm an artist. I actually ran away home and no one in the Philippines knew that I am living here in America. I've been trying to get a citizenship but it was really hard. I just want to start a new life, you know" she said and stare at the lake.

"Why? Anong meron sa Pilipinas na tinakasan mo for America" Leni bite her sandwich and Bongbong knew that Leni will never answer his question.

"How about you? What is your life like?" She asked dismissing his question. Bongbong did not push it anymore so he answered, "boring, controlled, and lonely"

Leni glare at him and saw the sadness in his eyes, "what do you mean controlled?"

"I might be rich but my life is being controlled by my family. It has always been like that."

"Eh bat ka pumapayag?"

Bongbong chuckled, "wala akong choice."

"Sus, anong walang choice? Wala naman silang magagawa kung gawin mo ang gusto mo"

"They will cut me off" this time Leni laughed hysterically, "have you heard of working?" She asked.

"I don't know anything. I finished college but that's it. I am just waiting for the time that my parents will say that I am ready to take over our company"

Leni wiped her mouth as she finished her sandwich, but she noticed that Bongbong was not yet eating, "kelan mo balak kainin yan?"

Bongbong looked at his sandwich and then Leni realized something, "oh myghad! Never ka pang naka try nyan?"

"Obviously" he said

"Ano kaba, kagatin mo na dali. Try it!"

"How?" He asked. Leni gave him a confused look, "edi isubo mo!"

But Bongbong just smirked at her, "alam mo, tarantado ka talaga ang bastos mo" she said coldly.

"Sorry, ito na." He bite the sandwich and in his surprise it's not that bad. "How was it?" Leni asked.

"It's good, i love the mustard"

"I know." Bongbong finished his sandwich in peace while Leni's staring at the lake. "Why can't we just stay married?" Bongbong asked but Leni just gave him a small laugh. "Can you stop?"

"No, I mean, I am an American citizen. Kapag nakuha mo ang citizenship mo we can file a divorce" he said. Leni can't believe that she is considering it, "anong kapalit?"

Bongbong smirked, "no! No way!" Leni squealed. "I am just kidding. Ano kaba!"

"Well stop it because it's not funny!"

"Actually, this is a great deal for me. It was in my grandfather's last will and testament that I have to be married and stayed married before I could get my inheritance."

"So you mean, we can benefit from each other?"

"Yes, look, here's my number. Call me if you want that deal. I have to go, since I'm supposed to meet my mom this morning" he said.

Leni took the calling card to him, "thanks for the sandwich, Gerona"

He was about to leave then she said, "Leni, my name is Leni"
