Chapter 9

I knocked on the door to the bar before opening it seeing Shigaraki sitting down holding a glass in one hand and a phone in the other.

"I see that the rumors are true, All Might is teaching at U.A." Shigaraki said, holding the phone up to show the picture I took of him earlier.

"Rumors?" I asked, tilting my head to the side slightly.

He put the glass down and grabbed something next to him before pushing it closer to me. Front and centre on the newspaper was a picture of All Might striking a pose with the headline of 'ALL MIGHT AT UA?'

"Oh, well then yes, the rumors are true." I replied after looking at the newspaper.

"Good, good...I may have a plan on how we can kill All Might." Shigaraki announced, the corners of his mouths stretching into a grin from what I could see.

I felt my mouth go dry at the mention of that but nodded anyway.

"What is it?" Kurogiri asked from his spot behind the counter.

"First, since it's been speculated that All Might is at U.A. we tip off the news outlets to allow reporters to flock to the high school tomorrow to see for themselves." Shigaraki explained. "But U.A. would have to put their gates up to keep everyone out. I will create a diversion while you, Kurogiri, and (Y/n) look for any files on All Might in the school."

"You know anywhere we could find information like that (Y/n)?" Kurogiri asked.
"Uhh..." I glanced between the two, "the teachers lounge is the best place I can think of. Maybe things for excursions or information on the teachers could be in there?"

"Excellent. You look there and bring any useful information to me." Shigaraki instructed.
I nodded, "so I'll use the distraction to sneak into the teachers lounge?"
Shigaraki nodded. "First we need to tip off any news stations we can think of."

He stood up and walked to another room before walking back after a few moments holding notecards and pens.
He wrote on the cards, claiming the rumors on All Might were true before handing a couple of them to me.

"There's a couple of news stations in the city, I want you to slide these under the doors." He instructed.
I nodded as I took them from him, "okay."

"The plan will be executed at lunch tomorrow, you'll know when. Don't fail me or you know the consequences."

He picked up the glass again but it quickly disintegrated into a pile of ash as Shigaraki stared right at me.

I nodded my head quickly, slowly walking backwards towards the door. "Of course, I won't let you down."

"Good."

I felt around behind me, grabbing the handle to the door and opening it, quickly spinning around and half-running outside, slamming the door shut.
I checked when the next train back to the orphanage was before setting out to the news stations that were located in Kamino Ward. After using Chameleon to slip the notes under the doors or putting them into what looked like a letterbox on the side of the building.

By the time I was done, the streetlights were starting to turn on as I walked into the train station.

As I took out put headphones and plugged them into my phone before turning on some music, I looked around the place. My eyes drifted towards the platform across the tracks.

The lights were off over there for some reason, maybe that platform was done for the day, but there was a person standing over there.

They had long red hair tied up in a ponytail and wore a dark trench coat from what I could see. For some reason they were staring right at me.
