Context: it's raining but y/n is walking outside when she's in for a unexpected turn in the walk.

I'm walking outside while getting drenched in water although I really don't mind because I love the rain. It's always nice when it rains because the crisp smell of the air right after it's done and the sound of crickets chirping is always nice. The sound of the tires running on the road and going through puddles are extremely comforting.
Maybe it's the fact that my best friend left me exactly 7 years ago when it was pouring down rain. Seungmin...he's gone, he never returned when he said that he would come back after 3 years but he didn't. I've completely given up on seeing him again and my soul still remains broken although I'm ignoring it.
I've learned to cope and all but it still hurts. It's probably always gonna hurt since we were living next to eachother for our whole life and now we're just somehow split up. 11 years of history behind us and it's all gone all because of a job offer seungmins mom had to take. She has her dream job but the thought of more money and a more richer life style got to her I guess.
As I'm stuck in my thoughts I bump into someone who's quite tall.
"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry", I say but then when I hear the softest voice I knew that I recognized it.
"Nah your good, I purposely bumped into you Y/n", the man with a soft voice says and I just look up.
I meet the gaze of my best friend who left 7 years ago. All my pain and guilt immediately washes away that I've been holding for the past few years because I never said a proper goodbye but I guess that's because I was at school when he left.
"Seungmin", I way in a soft tone almost unhearable but he somehow still catches it.
"Mhm, I missed you", seungmin says while holding my waist close to his.
I look up at seungmin and he looks down at me. It feels like there's some kind of undiscussed chemistry. Seungmin slowly leans down and kisses me softly. Our lips warm and stuck together like they were meant for eachother.
After a few minutes we stop kissing and go back to hugging.
"Y/n?", Seungmin says softly.
"Yes?", I say softly to him calling my name.
"Will you be my girlfriend?", seungmin asks now looking at me.
"Oh my god, yes, I would love to.", I say excitedly because I've been in love with him for so long.
