New York City, New York
Summer...

I sat in the waiting area of the law firm and I was feeling a little panicked, I was here to interview for the job as the assistant to one of the biggest names that buzzed around New York and I thought I could literally hear my heart pounding out of my chest. I bounced my knee up and down nervously and there were two other girls waiting with me and they looked so put together and nice and I hurried here from my other job as a waitress down at Dianna's Cafe. I was on the verge of losing my apartment if I didn't pay rent soon, so I decided that I was going to get another job and hopefully it would pay better than what I made a Dianna's Cafe. I mean I had been working there for 4 months now since I had just moved here after I attempted the whole college thing and it didn't really pan out for me. I was 24 years old and after switching majors about 50 times, I realized that I didn't want to do the whole school thing and I dropped out. Anyways, one of the two girls got called back by this older woman who held a clipboard in her hands and she looked pretty serious and that made me a little more nervous. I hoped that I was next because I just wanted to get this over with and go back to my shitty, yet homey apartment that I had made mine and I had been living in since I moved here. The lady came back out with that other girl and the girl looked some what disappointed and it kind of made me a little excited because that probably meant she didn't get the job, so it was still up for grabs.

"Ophelia Jensen. You're up." The older lady called for me and I smoothed out my black pencil skirt as I stood up and I kind of wore a revealing blouse, but it was the only one I could find on short notice since I was running late today.

"Thank you, nice to meet you, uh, what's your name?" I asked the lady as we walked back and I felt myself getting nervous and she looked shocked as she looked at me as if no body had ever asked her that question before and she sort of smiled.

"You're sweet, I like you, my name is Sue. I should tell you that you're getting interviewd by the big man himself, not to make you nervous or anything." Sue said and I mentally sighed and rolled my eyes because I thought that she would be the one that interviewed me and I totally became a lot more nervous than I needed to be.

"Oh great, sorry, I am just nervous and this just adds to it." I said as I looked at Sue and she directed me to an office and opened the door for me and walked with me a little and I hoped that the man who pretty much I had never heard of specifially, but knew because he was the best lawyer in the state, was nice.

"Mr. Kiszka will be right in with you. Have a seat, Miss Jensen." Sue said and she left the office and closed the door behind her and I took a seat and crossed my leg over my other one and I smoothed my skirt out again and I hoped my chocolate brown hair looked good in the half up, half down hair do I pulled together.

I waited a few minutes and I looked at the time and it was about 3:15 in the afternoon and I hoped that he would be here soon because I was feeling a little nervous. I heard the door open and I looked back and it was a man in a black suit and he closed the door and walked over to the large desk that sat in front of me. He didn't speak a word to me and he just set his briefcase on the desk and sat behind the car and interlaced his fingers together and placed them on top of his desk.

"Hello, Miss.. Jensen. Ophelia Jensen. So, Miss Jensen, you're here for the assistant postion. Tell me why. Tell me why I should give you this job." The man said and I knew that it was the infamous Mr. Kiszka and I felt butterflies in my stomach, he really was all that everyone raved about and more, he was gorgeous.

I was told that every woman threw themselves at him because he was good at pleasing women and they had heard every story about the things he could do. He looked expensive and I knew that he probably was super rich and lived lavishly. I mean the smell of his cologne that I could very much so smell from where I was sitting filled my nose and it smelled good. He also dripped sex, I mean he looked like he could get any woman that he wanted just from sitting there and I felt my heart racing.
