A guy in boots, mask in the face and spade in the hand along with few friends were working along the road.
"Sorry, do I know you?"
""It's me..Aric." slowly removed the mask.
"Ahh... sorry because of that I couldn't recognize you."
"Where are you going?"
"Church. Am quite busy, let's meet later on."
She hurriedly followed them inorder to stop the conversation going further.
"What happened sister? You look lost."
"No..no.. nothing, am good." with a slight smile back. However, she was still wondering why he was still talking easily with her when she blocked him in fb, didn't he knew about it? Ahh.. whatever, During the final exam they were chatting so closed to each other and obviously they got together so, why should I care?"
Following day...
"Tring...Tring..."
"Eww...who is this? Hello."
"Anna, can you bring the bag to my house right now. Today we are heading towards Areykha, so we will move sooner."
"Ata Ugay..I was really tired from yesterday's journey.. can't I bring it in the evening?"
"You might forget later Anna..just till here."
"Fine brother, am coming." She hurriedly picked up the bag and moved out of the door.
As she was stepping downwards from the steps, she spotted Aric and some of his friends beside the road.
"God! again him.." she tried hiding her face when that familiar voice called her name once again.
"Yes.." she turned slowly and gave a mimicking smile.
"Where are you coming from?"
"My brother's house and you guys here?"
"We were here from morning itself and we saw you rushing upwards so..."
"Ahh ..I was quite in hurry so couldn't recognize you.. sorry. However, I would like to welcome you all in Christmas eve if you guys doesn't feel uncomfortable."
"We would love too."
"What about you Aric?"
"Will see."
"Fine then, bye bye."
She hurriedly went home and closed the door before peeking through the window and was seen all looking downwards.
The chat...
"Hy..sup?"
"Landing, you?"
"Same here..."
They chatted for a while and finally she gathered some strength to ask about her proposal plan.
"So, how did it went between you two?"
"Whom?"
"My brother."
"Ahh...Aric? We are simply friend."
"Why?you didn't asked him out? If am not mistaken I think I saw you people having a good chat in the school."
" I did asked him out but he didn't accepted my proposal."
"Why is it so?"
"Because of you."
"Pardon?"
"He told me he can't let you get hurt again."
"But why should I even bother about that. yeah, I told him to be careful when I knew he was into relationship with senior on the basis of my friend but this time I didn't told him anything and we hardly had conversation too."
"I don't know about that Anna but it's fine we are still cool bro🙀."
'what a stupid girl are you Anna? I simply shouldn't block him without knowing anything.' She unblocked him and was about to send a greeting but couldn't find his account even with thousand tries.
"Sagar, it seemed like Aric blocked me. Actually, it's all my fault. I mean due to some inconvenience I blocked him in Facebook and now when it's clear and as I unblocked him, he blocked me. Would you please ask him to unblock me."
"Excuse me, which group are you in?" a hoarse voice awaken her to put an end to the chat.
