That night, under a moonless sky, Slenderman returned to the small cabin like he had promised. Sitting on the porch were none other than the twins, waiting for the creature to return. They looked tired, worn from the day that felt like an eternity. Slender stood in front of the building but didn't go onto the porch.
"So you have returned. Why?" Xana said in a low, masculine voice.
"I was wondering if you'd like to join my family." Slender said.
"We aren't killers if that's what you're implying." Marionette mumbled but the tall figure caught it anyway.
Xana looked at her brother with a glare. She then turned back to Slenderman, puzzled as to why he would want the twins running around in his home.
"You won't be intruding on my property. You'll be well protected, too."
The twins looked at each other then back at the creature. They weren't ready to leave their home but if someone came looking for them, they'd be in very deep trouble. After some thought, they agreed. Taking only what they wanted, the three set out towards another part of the woods. They soon arrived at a house that was bigger than theirs. Staring in awe at the fact this was here, the twins followed him inside.
There was so much noise coming from the entire building. Slender showed the two to their rooms and headed back down the stairs. Xana and Marionette set up their rooms how they liked with one mirroring the other.
After they managed to organize their rooms, they were introduced to the others. Xana didn't have a good feeling about one of Slenderman's brothers though. It seemed to her that he had bad intentions but she shrugged it off and stayed in her room, sketching in her book.
The next day, X wasn't feeling all that great so her brother had gone out to get something for her. X was in the living room when Offenderman, Slender's slightly older brother, sat down next to her. He had a big grin on his face like he had a secret that no one knew about.
"Hey, how did it feel?"
"How did what feel?"
"How did it feel seeing your little brother get torn apart?"
She froze, eyes turning to a deep shade of red. Nobody but her twin knew about that, well aside from the twin's father but he left after their mother was killed.
"Bet you were angry that they did that to you, keeping you strapped to that cold table."
"Shut up," she mumbled.
Offenderman kept rambling, completely unaware that what he was doing was wrong. Xana was growing angrier and was on the verge of rampaging. Cuts were starting to show on her arms and legs.
"Shut up, shut up, shut up, shut up!" Her voice climbed into a roar.
Before he knew what happened, Offenderman was thrown straight through the wall. The crumbled wall looked awful, Offender was hurt and X seemed smaller. Black tears left stains on her face as she backed into a corner, screaming for it to stop.
