I OPENED A BANDAGE WITH SHAKY HANDS, I always get shaky while using first aid.

I wrapped the bandage wrap around his arm firm after cleaning it up. "Is that too tight?" I looked up with questioning eyes. "Nope, that's good." I nodded and went to roll down his sleeve, but backed up after he went to do it himself.

"Wait you two know each other?" Vanessa looked between us. "Yeah his sister goes to the school I work at, my favorite student." I smile and look down to him, as Vanessa nods and half smiles.

"So you're the new security guy?" We both look down at Mike and watch him nod his head. "Well good luck, you security hires never last." I nod and tilt my head to the side.

"And why's that?" We both look down and take a pause before looking at him. "Have you met them yet?" I asked Mike who looked at me with furrowed eyebrows.

Me and my sister went to turn on all of the lights to the abandoned place revealing an arcade.

"So what are the other reasons." He turned to me as Vanessa looked at him confused. "Huh?" I looked at Vanessa who was confused and looked back at him.

"Why you guys think I'm gonna quit my job." We scoffed and looked at each other, something we've been doing a lot recently.

"You tell me, is this somewhere you see yourself in 10, 20 years from now." Mike looked at me and nodded, maintaining eye contact.

"I mean what do I know maybe the benefits are great." Vanessa threw her arms to the side and looked at me, sensing something.

Mike scoffed, sending Vanessa her answers to the question.

"Add that to the kids going missing while back." I spoke walking over to a counter, with Mike following behind me.

"What's you just say?" Mike stood right beside me, I could feel his breathing off his chest, kinda hot if I'm being honest.

"Prepare to have your mind blown." Vanessa broke the tension and pressed the red showtime button, memories flooding my brain.

The curtains opened revealing the animatronics and I felt something in the pit of my stomach, a memory I hated looking back upon.

Vanessa must have sensed it causing her to rest an arm around my shoulder and rub my arm with her other hand.

I saw Vanessa smile and look down at me causing one to spread across my face. "This- this is" Mike stuttered over his words not being able to find the right description.

"The most amazing thing you've seen in your life?" Vanessa finished for him, mesmerized by the stage.

"Not hardly." I finished for him, looking at Vanessa with a smile, then to Mike who was looking at me already.

"Wanna dance?" I looked to Mike and held a hand out, smiling at each other. Right as he was about to take my hand Bonnie's guitar had a malfunction, causing my face expression to drop.

"Maybe next time." I smiled at him, earning a similar one in return.

The curtains closed and I walked over through the tables scattered across the place. "You said some kids went missing?" I nodded and pointed to Vanessa, sitting down at a table.

I never liked talking about it, maybe because one of my friends went 'missing' here, meaning one of the dumb animatronics ate her or whatever. The grudge was still held with them.

I didn't realize I was zoned out until til I felt a tap on my shoulder and looked over to Mike dragging me along with him and Vanessa, hand on my lower back.

"Got it." A gold badge shined making its way to Mike's vest. "There now you're official." I smiled at him and walked to the back door.

"Ready to go Ness?" I looked at her impatient and walked to her car. Sighing and watching Mike close down the place. God I can't wait to get home.

"What's the rush?" I looked at her with knowing eyes and rolled my eyes. "What the way you were with Mike I figured you'd wanna stay a little longer, I don't know." I scrunched my face.

"No he's just a students brother." Vanessa started the car and shook her head, scoffing at my words.
