Lan Zhan's POV cont.

I had a courier come to pick up the documents this morning and had them delivered to Mr. Han, Wey Ying was released from the hospital around the same time and, we gathered his things and I took him home and got him settled. Once he is comfortably nestled on the couch with a comfy blanket, some snacks, drinks and the remote I tell him I need to go out for a while.

"Baobei, I need to go to Lan Corp for a meeting, I shouldn't be gone more than a few hours and then I'll stop and have Chef Shen make you something special and bring it home to you, how does that sound."

He smiles wide "Ooo that sounds amazing Lan Zhan, hurry back and tell him to make it how I like it, he will know." He gives me excited eyes which makes me smile.

I nod and lean down to kiss the top of his head "Rest if you get tired and I will be back later. I will leave instructions with the front desk that only your siblings or my family are allowed up so that you won't have to worry about anyone unsavory coming to bother you. There is a good possibility that Sizhui or as the family calls him AYuan may come by to see you."

He nods "Alright Lan Zhan hurry back." He stretches up for a kiss, he has no idea how happy I am that he is initiating intimacy with me, I kiss his soft plump lips.

I stand up and leave before I do something to scare him, I step out into the hall and make sure the door locks before leaving and grabbing the elevator.

I walk over to the lobby front desk "Hello Mr. Lan what can I do for you today?" the desk attendant asks me.

I smile "Hello Mr. Wuo, I want to restrict access to my condo for now, I only want these people to have access no one else is permitted up." I hand him the list of names that have access and thank him before leaving for the parking garage.

I get into my SUV and drive to Lan Tech, I meet Xichen on the conference floor and smile "Gege is everything ready?"

He chuckles and nods "Yep, it's all set. They should be here in about fifteen minutes."

I smirk "Perfect, let's get set up and have refreshments brought in."

He nods "I'll be there in just a few minutes, let me get someone to bring in the refreshments."

Xichen's assistant brings in tea, coffee and breakfast breads for everyone. There are packets of papers on their side of the table waiting for our guests will arrive.

Xichen takes his place at the head of the table as the CEO of the company and I sit to his right leaving the left side of the table for our guests who are being brought into the room by Xichen's assistant.

We both stand and greet them "Gentlemen thank you for joining us this morning on such short notice, please be seated, have some refreshments." Xichen greets cordially.

I nod to everyone and smirk at the one with two black eyes and tape over the bridge of his nose. I wait for everyone to help themselves with the food and drinks before I begin.

I look at the three men at the table, "Gentlemen I am Lan Wangji, Lan Xichen's younger brother, I am also the co-founder and co-owner of Lan Technologies. We have asked you here Mr. Li Yun CFO, Young Mr. Li Han son of Senior Li Han and Mr. Senior Li Han CEO of Li Group because I want something and only the three of you can give it to me."

Li Han's eyes widen and his face pales at my words and looks nervously around the room and then at his father who begins speaking.

Mr. Senior Li Han looks pleased at my words "It's an honor to meet you, Mr. Lan. I have always wondered who the mastermind behind such an illustrious company was, besides your brother of course."
