Chapter 11

Jake," So who was here and why?"

Rose," just  cousin Lilly, who was checking on my health."

Bone,'" Oh that is nice of her to do."

Rose," Yep but it was Puck who asked her here for me."

Luke," Is every thing alright? we did not hurt you right??"

Rose and Puck," Yes."

This sent an alarm off in Bone," Are you sure about that?"

Again both," Yes."

Luke catching one," Really? why did you both answered at the same time?"

Rose look at Puck and answers," well mainly because Puck was here while she checked me out."

This riled all the men." We should of been here for that. NOT him!" They all said together.

Puck," Are we talking in teams now?" This sent Rose into a fit of giggles which in turn disarmed the Triade. Making them focus more on her then anything else going on in the room." Okay all we have things to do and a lot  to get done before the end of the day."

Triade" End of day?"

Puck shakes his head and says," That is when the ball is to happen remember?"

Rose," So soon?"

Puck," Yep so we need to get moving."

Jake," Good, not long until I can openly wear you sent on my skin."

Rose," Oh?"

Luke,"  Yes, it lets others  of our kind to know we are taken by our mate."

Rose," Does that work for you as well Bone?"

Bone," Nope, but I am wearing a promise ring to cover my magic that is connected to you."

Rose," Oh that is how you guys are covering things up how nice."

Luke and Jake," NO it is not."

Jake," We want every one to know we are yours as much as we want every one to know you are ours."

Rose," Later, guys after all is said and done."

Bone," Guys its getting late we have to go."

So they gather in a limo and get driven in style to the ball. A pond  arrival they are announced as Goddess and Protectors. Their mate marking sent covered so none, even those who have power, couldn't see or smell it. Rose was lead around the floor meeting and greeting people  all those in power under her rule now. Some made snide remarks about her being unmated. Rose just replies," I will have my mate when the time is right. That is how it has always been . For you and now me, I have to wait." This shut a few people up, though back in the dark corner the dark god waits with the master hidden from sight. As Rose goes to the stage she looks around the room and with just a look she let lose of the light to be ready but also saw the dark  start to advance on her with out others seeing it. Rose," Welcome all to my announcement coming of age party. I stand  here to accept my place in this town and council . I hope to bring hope and peace to all the people." 

Then out of the darkness by the stage came the Dark god and The Master," Oh really for all?" The Triade took action guarding Rose. Dark God," Oh how sweet the guard dogs come to your aid. You know Goddess they will abandons you when they find their mates. You know this right?"

Rose," Why have you come tonight?"

Master," Oh to the point then? We come for you of course." He stepped out of the Dark gods shadow sneering at the people if light.

Jake," You would attack the ," Goddess at her introduction?"

Master," She is going to be another breeding bitch for me and the Dark God!"

Rose," Breeding bitch? What makes you think I would allow you to even touch me?"

Dark god did some thing which made Rose him and he Master disappear. Mean while the Triade cornered all o the master and dark gods allies . They all demanded where she was with him. None would answer them. How ever cousin Lilly came and said she could trace where Rose was and that they should leave the retravel to the  light gods. The Triade was up set about this but also saw that only they , the gods of light, could help Rose right now.

A flash of light and 10 gods and goddess stood in the center of the ballroom. The dark gods people quaked in fear. The pure white light pouring out of these people was almost blinding. One spoke," Here us one and all. We will return the guardian back to you. Fear not."

The Triade," We will help!"

Another god," No you all shall stay here and control the dark ones here." And with a flash of light the 10 gods and goddess where gone and The Triade where griping about the clean up. However they did wat was asked and kept busy so that they would not dwell on the fact that their mate is missing and in the hands of a sex crazed man and a evil dark god bent on controlling their whole plain of existence.
