Chapter 12: Didn't she learn ANYTHING?

Alana's POV:

I was more upset than I ever had been at someone. Who the hell did Savannah think she was to punch me? Spreading that rumor may have been wrong, but she had no right to punch me. I thought of the reaction the first rumor of Scott got, and I knew what I had to do. I called Jayda and began to tell her my plan.

Jayda's POV:

I was working on homework when Alana called me. I quickly picked up, thinking she needed me to bring her something or do something for her. Instead, I heard her start laughing. "What's up?" I asked, confused. "So, I was thinking about how upset I am at Savannah for punching me. I mean seriously, who does she think she is? Anyways, I was thinking of how to get my revenge, and I came up with the perfect plan! Let's spread a rumor about her! It would absolutely RUIN her reputation, and besides, nobody really likes her after that rumor about Scott. It would be the perfect revenge." She said, beginning to laugh but stopping herself. I thought about it. I felt terrible about what we said about Scott, they did nothing to me or Alana. Then again, I thought about the attention I would get from everybody, and maybe even Bleighten and Chris! I quickly made my choice.

Alana's POV:

I felt a smile spread across my face as I heard Jayda respond, "Sure. What did you have in mind?" "Well, I was thinking, why don't we just do the same rumor we did for Scott? You know, that she's gay."I could feel Jayda start to feel guilty on the other side of the phone when she didn't respond. "...Yeah, yeah sure." She said eventually, but I could tell that her mind was elsewhere. "Okay, I'll do it! We're gonna get her so good!" I laughed as I ended the call. I quickly typed out the message to the large school group chat and proofread it to myself to make sure it sounded good. It read, "Savannah is gay just like her little bestie! How stupid is she?" I laughed again to myself as I hit the send button. "This is gonna be so good," I thought to myself.

Savannah's POV:

I sighed as I saw the message on my phone. Probably another message from one of the girls in our school being upset at me for punching Alana. I still didn't know why I did that. I popped open my phone to see who it was from. Oddly enough, I saw it was in the school group chat. Something about this seemed all too familiar. I read the message and my heart dropped. As i read the replies of "OMG!" and "Checks out." I felt my heart sink even further. Who is even that petty? I knew one thing though. No matter how embarrassed and betrayed I felt, I was not going to let her walk all over me like that. Didn't she learn ANYTHING?
